We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Location is great for reaching many important sights. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We also loved the food from the restaurant. The spa has a pool with warm water and the sauna is perfect. Parking in front of the place looks safe.

RomaniaWe booked a deluxe double room and I want you to know mw that tibia kind of rooms have double standards. First of all , the counter girl told us that we have to ask for rooms with parquet or rooms with rug. The rooms with parquet looks like they are unfinished working-site.

RomaniaSpa area was mostly closed, 2 out of 3 pools not opened, wet sauna closed, dry sauna had to be started by somebody. Nobody at the bar, had to call the reception. Very warm in the room, heating off, unable to open the window because noise and traffic.

SloveniaWe booked there because two things: we wanted to visit Corvin Castle (15 mins away), and their spa and pools.. but we just found out that we couldn’t use them because they were putting chlorine in the pools.. there was one sauna opened but the area was reek of chlorine, made it unusable.. I realized that you have to chlorinate the pools but I was wondering why they did it on Easter weekend?! so we were really disappointed.. there was nothing else we could do in the area, so in the end we just rested in our rooms.. In the morning, we starved because we had to wait until 9:30 for breakfast because they had special Easter breakfast..
Clean rooms, ample parking.. good breakfast, but very late (began at 9:30)
