I'm sure they'll sort this eventually, but it's impossible to find a plaster in that place, and obviously not easy to go to mainland for it.

Perfection! the service was great, the facilities were beyond expectations and a true 5 stars, which is rare to find in Romania, and actually in Europe. The breakfast was sublime, from the wide variety of dishes, to freshness of ingredients, arrangement and the ambience was excellent- live piano and violin at breakfast is all we'd want for the rest of our lives!

Pools could be cleaner, management should consider introducing more affordable meal plans (e.g. half board, set menus) and expanding the menu to offer more options for lunch and dinner. Boat ride to the hotel should be included in the price of accommodation as it seems over the top to charge for it separately when you spend so much on boarding and accommodation and given there’s limited options to arrive at the resort.

A real 5* hotel, super clean, very good food, friendly staff, very good entertainment for the evenings with all kind of tematic shows and artists. Child friendly 😍. For sure will visit again!

Unique relaxing resort in the heart of Danube Delta that offers everything 5☆ The staff was very helpful and welcoming, especially that we arrived very late in the evening and missed our original transport. Many thanks to Mr Gabi for helping with that and also for the magical excursion into the Delta..also many thanks to Decebal who welcomed us in such style and made sure we had everything we need it throughout our stay! Amazing!!we will be back!!

My wife was against having a trip in the delta because of pictures she has seen online ,snakes phobia and mosquitoes. After 3 days at this resort she is already making plans to return! One of the best places in Romania, and this resort should be in everyone’s basket ! Special thanks to Decebal, he was extremely professional and always helpful!

Not all restaurants and facilities were open due to season not started. (Understandable from the business perspective)

Resort itself was very modern and very well decorated, you would feel that you are somewhere else rather than in Romania. Boat trip from car park to resort around 25min was very pleasant and interesting. Welcome drink and little tour was good too and as soon as you enter the lobby a very nice smell hit you which was very nice comfortable. Cleanliness and room was very beautiful and spacious with a nice view. Staff was great and very welcoming. Definitely worth a visit if you looking for a spa relaxation or mind switch off from every day rush. Breakfast were very very rich and so many options to choose from base in the country. Overall food was fresh and tasty also well presented. We have enjoyed our stay in there and we would like to say thank you for making our stay pleasant.
