Lucas 10 apartment is located in the old town area of Cluj and it gives you a short distance to everything that Cluj has to offer. It is locayed in a very quiet and calm area and there are no noice from the buisy city of Cluj.

the location is central to landmarks, cafes, restaurants, transport. The kitchenette with coffee-maker was a bonus for a quick breakfast in. Bed was comfortable. We appreciated being able to leave bags until our train departure time. The hosts were responsive over whatsapp

We asked for 2 single beds but arrived into the property to one double bed and the sofa bed made into a bed, not exactly what was expected but not too much of a problem for ourselves.

I liked the check in arrangements, checking into the property was no problem, despite not getting into Cluj until 3am. The apartment is quite spacious and has most things you will need for a short stay.

Amazing location just 2 minutes walk from the main square. Apartments were very large with easy access via door code. Facilities were great and rooms were very clean. Would definitely recommend!

A really lovely apartment, big and clean, right in the city centre. Easy code entrance. Close to many restaurants and bars. Quiet and comfortable. Excellent communication with the hosts, they were very accomodating.

Be mindful that not all of the studios have air conditioning. AC is one of our search criteria when choosing accommodations. Our confirmation said air conditioning but the studio we were initially assigned did not have A/C. As Europe was in a heat wave we contacted the host a few days in advance of our arrival to verify it had A/C as we have run into this situation before on our current 3 month trip where some amenities (specifically A/C and washing machines) are in the listing and on the confirmation but not in the apartment when we get there. Fortunately the host was able to reassign us to a unit with A/C before our arrival. If A/C is important to you I recommend contacting the host through the Booking message system when you make your reservation to confirm you will be assigned a unit with A/C. Perhaps in the future the host should separate the A/C and non A/C units as separate apartment choices in their listing.

Excellent location. Easy access onto the property and into the apartment with digital locks and code. The room was comfortable, the furnishings were very basic but it had everything we needed and it was a great value for the money. While there is no parking at the apartment there is a nice large self park public garage, Parking Primarie less than 10 minutes walking, about 300 meters. Our cost was just over 50€ for three nights. Overall a very good choice in Cluj.

Little things could be improved. The bathroom does not have soap bars or shampoo bottles for the shower, but rather those plastic packets that are difficult to open and use. The kitchen does not have a toaster. The chairs at the kitchen table are cheap and uncomfortable. The TV sits on a narrow shelf that is not aimed where one would watch. The shower is very high off the ground and hard to climb into. There was no extra roll of toilet paper in the room, even though I was staying for 7 days (when I contacted the management, they provided it quickly). Also, around the corner is a nightclub that stays open until 5 in the morning, which is great if you like to party, but creates noise at bedtime.

The location and value are excellent. The room was spacious. The kitchen was a nice plus. The bed was comfortable (if you like a firm mattress).

The furniture are a bit old. TV was not working but I did not have time for that. Shower gel are samples, could be improved.

Comfortable apartment nicely located in the city center. The access with a code is really easy. The kitchen is well equipped and you can cook your meals. Wifi is reliable, which is great as the internet 4G connection does not work all the time. This is a great overall value for the price paid which is very good for Cluj.

The shower cabin was a little confusing at first :D Working perfectly, you just need to figure it out.

Perfect location in Cluj, right next to the center, but on a quiet street. Easy to get in, easy to communicate. The room was clear and you can find everything you might need inside.
