The overall arangement comes a bit overly expensive (value for money doesn't get the highest score). Also not many things to do in the vicinity - it can get boring after a few days. Also, we booked an apartment with living room, and what we essentially got were two double rooms with a door in between.

Superb all-inclusive hotel with great facilities - from espresso machines and lemonade dispensers, to food catering, amusement facilities, and great staff.

Too loud music and if you are with the baby and you need to sleep before 22.00o clock when the show it is over it is impossible because it is very loud in the rooms and it is a pity because the rooms have a wonderful panoramic sea view but it is ruined

For the beach there is still room to be improved. There are a lot of stones in the water.

The food was very varied and it is very easy to find something you like. We had from sarmale to sea food. 🙂 The pool was great, and all the shows were very entertaining. We will come back this summer! It is the perfect place for families with kids.

We only stayed for one night and we were well aware of the location of the hotel. Don’t expect a thriving nightlife unless you’re willing to drive to either Vama veche or Constanța. There is not much going on outside the hotel. The road to the hotel is still the same as it was in the 90’s if not worse. It gets busy at lunch/dinner so you have to wait in a line but still it was decent The facade could use some renovations The beach wasn’t the best

Visited on June 1st, we were welcomed by cartoon characters like Tom and Snow White that offered our daughter a present Heated kiddos pool Nice infinity pool Staff at the reception, restaurant and house keeping ladies were all nice and polite Lifeguards were always paying attention to everyone in the pool, especially kids. Adults are not allowed to sit in the kiddos pool, only standing or sitting on the edge of the pool. We were not aware of this rule but the lifeguards brought this to our attention in a polite manner. Plenty food options, some dishes were average quality, others were tasty. Coffee was pretty much ok Drinks were good, limited options although they had good cocktails Day and evening entertainment for kids were nice, during the day they had a foam party, at night there were some characters dancing and playing music for the kids

The food buffet is not very well planned. A lot of alergens are mixed within the food (alergen free food is not provided even in the kids corner). Eventough there is alot of food, the quality is poor, no atention to details, no atention to dietary restrictions etc. Also, I have doubts in terms of cleanless of cutleries, as well. No a la carte restaurant available, so if you miss the meal schedule, not much of a choice(than the provided snacks). Breakfast is scheduled too early and too short(from 7 to 9), no late breakfast provided, which is disappointing as late wake up is common on holiday and lazy weekends. The staff in the pool area is more than rude and agrresive in tone, they tend to overstep their role and ruin your leisure time. The staff in the restaurant is not proficient in romanian, nor english and they might seem rude and impolite.

The jacuzzi appartment is fine, it has a nice view of the sea and a good enough size for 2 persons. The hotel is clean, family friendly. The view is nice from the rooms, the restaurant terrace and the pool. The infinity pool complements very well the surroundings, especially that the beach is not very accessible (you need to use some stairs). The staff in the reception area is very friendly, polite and helpful.

We've booked a room with sea view, but received the very last room at the end of the corridor on the first floor, which had only partial sea view; moreover, in the foreground, there was a full garbage container and the surrounding area was not very tidy either. Despite that very disappointing aspect of our stay, we've tried to enjoy the sea and its waves, the sand and the sun right from the beach.

Overall we wanted and somehow managed to have a good, relaxing one night stay, with all inclusive, by focusing ourselves on the good things. The majority of the reviews are pretty concludent, so you can make a clear idea of what to expect.

The beach could be a little more improved. There is no wheelchair/baby chair acces(you have to carry the stroller in your arms quite a few steps).

The room, the food, the staff, the pool..all were extraordinary! We had a great time and we will definetly come again. We came with a 10 months old and it was very baby friendly(special baby food and indoor and outdoor kids playgrounds).

Vasps, again. I was here in 2018,2019 and now. Vasps were a huge problem then. Now not so, but still there were.

Despite paying 250 euro per night you are getting drinks in plastic and disposable cups- this is not acceptable for 4* resort. Having a room with sea view we couldn’t sleep because of the music outside till 10.30 pm

Very expensive for what it offers. Very crowded - the sunbeds were without any space between them. All the children were at the swimming pool No menu for drinks The path to the beach was a little dirty The entrance in the sea was 3m wide. Crowded there as well. At the checkout we needed to stay for them to go check the room.
