Hello, sorry to hear that but i would like to add our point of view. The guests instead of booking another room, one of them preferred to sleep on the couch in the living room. At the moment of their stay at our location, there were other clients in the buiding, and since the living room is an open space for every single one of our guests, it is not appropriate to sleep on the couch when you could have your own room instead. This two guests booked the room with one sigle bed ( king size ) and since they did t want to share the bed, one of them decided to sleep in the living room, which is not appropriate.
