Location - unfortunately there was a less pleasant smell from the carpet în the room Food - this aspect can still be worked on, since we chose to eat at another location in Gura Humorului in the last 2 days). It also needs to be changed the menu (just a little) or updated. Must add more traditional recipes from the area. (PS: the desserts don't really have taste or aren't made properly )

The location is very well located, the room was ok The food was mostly quite ok . I recommend the breakfast, which was quite diversified with a lot of products (from what I was informed) bought from the people from that area.

The room, the spa area, also the food. I would recommend more vegetarian dishes that people that rhey don’t eat meat can enjoy also. Last year they had a asparagus soup they removed it.

I didn't like that to go to the pool you have to go to an adjacent building

The rooms are small but very nice, clean and conformable. Very nice restaurant with a very nice terrace and very good food. From the hotel you can see the Voronet monastery perfectly. The garden and the pool were ok.

Not much to do in the evening. Maybe in the future if they will have a bar with the television. More signs around on the doors to find the pool, sauna. Some music at the sauna. Some staff around the sauna to help with some issues around. We couldn’t use the wet sauna because it wasn’t turned on and no one was around to help.

The property is placed in a beautiful location. We had a beautiful view from our balcony.

Wish we would’ve stayed longer.

Excellent locations, excellent rooms, friendly staff. We requested the rooms close to each other in a quiet area and they obliged on a short notice. Spa was great. Great restaurant on site.

The room floor was not clean properly (debris on the floor). During breakfast, the staff was not there for more than 30 minutes to renew missing food and to clean the tables, a lot of people coming at 9:15 didn't have where to stay or what to eat. There were no glasses or cups to take a coffee or water. The staff appeared 10mins before closing (10AM) and some people started complained about that and only then they started to bring food. I don't know if this was one time only or happens regularly, but was an awful experience.

Room was spacious. Beds were comfortable. Good restaurant. The pool and SPA were great: warm water and properly heated SPA area during cold season. Room was warm and comfy during cold season.

The spa area was looking tired and badly managed. For example, the pool cover was hanging off the spool and a staircase was covered in poolside tiles. Good management would have tidied these places. The shower water in my room was tepid at best and certainly not hot.

The bed was really comfortable. The location was great with fabulous views from our balcony.

The facilities need to be more maintained. The breakfast was poor.

There is good view from the hotel, and good restaurant. The hotel is clean and new.

When fully booked, they should not allow people from the outside. When we arrived there was no parking ( most of the cars parked there were from outside ( they pay to stay at the pool or to eat at the restaurant ). Even if i was checked in there, i had to use a chair to put the towel at the pool.

The room was sold with a view of the monastery, we were given a room without a view. We asked for a massage in the spa and it was a disaster, we wanted two at the same time, there was only opne man on hand and he did not look like he knew what he was doing, we cancelled it before we even began. The swimming pool floor is so dangerous someone will slip and hurt themselves, they already have anti slip mats down but these are unlikely to be sufficient.
