The smell in the rooms was a bit bothersome, but i guess it was expected due to the old furniture.

Amazing area with a beautiful garden and nicely decorated home. The rooms are very spaceous and the bathroom had all amenities. Thr hosts were very kind and made sure we had everything we needed. The beds are very comfortable.

The house and everything around is so nicely decorated. Truly authentic. The hosts were beyond helpful and kind. I loved the blue folder in our room with some tiny bits of the owner's family history. A genuine place. I would have stayed much longer.

The house itself is an experience because it is actually like a museum with old furniture and staff, exactly as shown in the photos. It also has a very beautiful yard. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this place.

Bathroom floor got very wet with every shower.

Lovely, warm welcome. Big cozy room, excellent tasty dinner and breakfast. A personal traditional experience. A haven after a long walk on the Transilvanica trail.

Spent a couple of days in the village over Christmas and had a great time. The two hosts are very nice, invited me for drinks and dinner plus took good care of me during the whole stay. The accommodation itself is an old German building that was refurbished with traditional interiors and is just lovely to stay in. I'd definitely come back one day!

Due to the fact that all things were really old, the room has a bit of an oldish smell.

A very local, traditional experience. You will stay in a house that kept all things exactly how they were back in the days. It might feel like a museum, all objects and pictures give you the feeling of going back in time.

The property is very big and shows the remnants of it's former glory and beauty. The decorated rooms for rent are comfortable and have a fireplace which we used as it's very cool inside the rooms (which is lovely during the day!). I personally liked the traditional decorations and the fact that we didn't share the garden with anyone else which made it perfect for my dog to roam freely. Katy is super friendly and accommodating, she attended carefully to our needs. She even drove to Sighisoara with mum and myself and we did a short walking tour with her.

Drains could do with some attention

A beautifully restored Saxon home full of historical artefacts, including the village music master's grand piano. A rare chance to experience what German bourgeois life was like at the end of the 19th century. Remarkable.

We really enjoyed the stay in this house . The owners were helpfull and friendly . The house was lovely , rustic and takes you back in time 🙂 We loved our time spended there 🙂

It was really humid inside, in the bathroom they covered a humidity spot with a photo. If they can manage to find the problem of the humidity in the whole house and fix it, it will be a 10/10. However I didn't see or feel mold, just humidity Please note that we visited during summer, probably, as it is the house at our visit time, during winter can be very cold During our stay internet was not working, but this can happen to anyone and solving it during weekend I know it's even harder.

Host friendly and was replying fast. It's a typical Romanian house with a couple of newer things, there is a nice garden and a kitchen available. Very nice view from there. Room was very clean and bed was comfortable. If you go there I would recommend to also visit the really nearby "tea house". Amazing view with a good gin tonic
