Thank you for your feedback. We are glad you liked the spacious Lyrica room, but we are very sorry for the issues with the curtains, and gate access. The water would have been as warm or cold as you wished if only you would have turned the tap/ faucet a little bit more to your right. It is hot on your left and as you turn the tap to your right it gets colder, the pressure doesn't change.. Our wild guess is you stopped turning the faucet to your right.
