The coffee in the room was for free only the first day, the next day we had to buy it at the reception. It was not expensive (3 ron / kapsula) but for a 4stars hotel it could have been included in the reservation.

The room was perfectly clean, the breakfast was delicious, the staff is very kind and helpful.

There are two things I would recommend the hotel to work on: 1. The air conditioning is very noisy. Even the lowest level was making a very loud noise. It was very warm and nice but far too noisy (good thing that we were too tired to notice it too much but still...) 2. There was a room-perfume which was too intense. I didn't find it in order to put it away and we had to live with it for our entire stay. Please don't use it anymore as it is too smelly

We've been to the Transylvania Open tennis tournament and this was a very good place to stay in order to get to the BT Arena easily. It is a 15 min walk, a nice walk alongside the river. The hotel is looking nice, is well taken care off, the staff was very friendly. There are like 6-7 parking spots next to the hotel, but there are other parking spaces on the public parking on the road. The room is big enough, warm, there was also a nice balcony but it was too cold to try to use it. Bathroom was ok, you can see that the hotel is a quite few years old but still looking ok. The breakfast was good, lots of options, not too fancy but good enough to start the day with a good meal. Overall a good stat for our purpose

Very chic interior design, comfortable bed, spacious room with a balcony so we could enjoy the city/river view. Mini bar on offer which was great for enjoying a drink and a snack upon arrival/travelling. Staff are very good, Petru from reception was extremely helpful, excellent customer service. The laundry service was quick and well priced. Thanks, we recommend this hotel.

Maybe just a bit pricey compared to other hight end hotels, sometimes noisy because of the planes although not close to the airport, but other than that nothing negative to mention.

Clean, quite and very modern hotel, breakfast although small it had a lot of options and you don’t feel like anything is missing. The Relax room is a great place to chill, especially after a full day trip around the city.

When I chose the hotel I was looking for the location close to the city centre, parking and people's satisfaction. HRP checked all the boxes. The staff went above and beyond and upgraded our room to the penthouse.

Breakfast is rather basic for a 4s hotel. There is no bin in the room to throw away any kind of waste (e.g. plastic bottles or other waste), there is only one in the bathroom.

The hotel is about 15 min walking to the center, but in a quiet area in front of the river. Rooms are nice, modern and clean; staff competent and kind.

Was mentioned that it’s a different company running the breakfast, but then it should not be advertised in the room price, as it lowers the overall rating

There was a barking dog that lives next door, but other than that, it was an amazing stay!

The location was amazing! The facilities are exceptional. The restaurant was a touch pricey, but very good quality food. I recommend the hamburger! It's really a steak burger.
