The food is good but needs to be more fresh and better variety. If you are using the pools or spa, they dont have any towels.

In my personal opinion I would like to have had a FREE bottle of water compliments of the hotel on arrival as other hotels in other countries I have been . But not a problem.

Staff friendly polite helpful professionals especially the receptionist (lady) even to me a English man and spoke good english hotel clean ,tidy around hotel as for the pools warm clean and very inviting . Food was good enjoyed it was a traditional romanian breakfast . Hotel room we had was lovely and quiet spacious over looking the pools and over the large area around (7thfloor). Will be back again ...

The hotel facilities are exceptionally clean. The staff is characterized by a professional, high-quality and thorough service awareness. A perfect response was given to every inquiry. The lifts took always forever to arrive. Minimum wait 10minutes. Only 4 persons fit in. Apartment was on the 7th floor, not always an option to take the stairs. The breakfast buffet, an ode to sausages and mash, appears to be an early ticket to a guaranteed heart attack. First time I have ever seen banana's cut in half with skin on. No other fruits or healthy choices, an abomination. Went in and immediately out again to get something elsewhere in town. On the restaurant terrace there is a large smoking section, despite the hotel advertising a smoke free environment.

Amazing staff, helpful, friendly and professional (Gabi). Great location, food, scenic walk, shopping nearby and very close. Pool options are great and there are several with different temperatures and sizes and depth.

If you are looking for the hotel when you are on business trip , this is not the right hotel, elderly people who looking for healthy procedures were they filled the hotel, parking slot was so full so i park under the three, elevator was always full and waiting, food quality was poor and also the choice, the only win was the people at the reception who were so helpfull and kind. I will not say this hotel is bad maybe for some people is great .. but it is bad for business trip to the country around, definitely better accomodation around, but when you pay low you should expect low.

Overpriced for what it offers, the whole hotel looks dated and brings you memories of the 80s. Smell of cigarettes in the room. Dinner buffet had limited food options.

The indoor and outdoor pool was clean and water was warm and pleasant. Friendly staff at reception.

It had the atmosphere of a communist era party members vacation facility. Food was terrible. Pool areas decaying. 75:1 male to female customer ratio.
