Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United KingdomHard to get to as the roads are not finished yet you might need a 4WD. Taxi was struggling to get there
Location, it felt like an escape from the city. Quiet surroundings, very private.

United KingdomThere were some dogs barking nearby throughout the night.
Fantastic location on a mountainside just over 5 minutes drive from the airport. Oven and hob for cooking. Private patio area with table and chairs for eating or relaxing. Compact accommodation with everything you need. You can see the planes taking off and landing without the noise being intrusive.

RomaniaA perfect tiny house for just one night. Situated on the hills of Cluj Napoca, offering an amazing view over the city. The place has everything you need. I have enjoyed my stay for a good value for the money

RomaniaBed was very very unconfortable, no insect net at the window, I did not feel safe because outside there were cables and sockets floating in the water. When I announced it, the owner recommended that I get my hands on it and move it from where the water was leaking from the house, because if the fuses didn't blow, the water wouldn't reach them yet…. The yard was not cleaned, full of garbage and construction materials. The grill was not functional. The deckchair in the yard was broken. To fill that jacuzzi (a 300€ inflatable pool) with water, I was asked for 50€ per day, seeing that I didn't want it, the owner tried to negotiate at 25€ per day, almost another day of accommodation. The house has deteriorated, it no longer looks like the pictures, and inside it was full of dust and cobwebs. While I was out of town, the owner visited the house and went through my things.
I like the type, sounds like a new experience.

BelgiumWe were just for one night, but it was the first time for us to sleep in a tiny house. It was in my plan since I love the whole concept and idea of living tiny. We were there in the beginning of January still cold weather, but the heater was great we had very good warm. It was very cozy and pleasant. The view was very beautiful even when it was very dark already. You have a beautiful view of the city and the airport. The coffee machine was not working properly but the owner was very kind and bring us immediately another one. Very friendly host, great service. We will definitely come back later this year and try out the jacuzzi which we could not try this time. You can definitely see the effort and the hard work put into this tiny houses. We recommend to stay here even just for a night. And we also liked that it is just few minutes away from the Airport.

RomaniaThe area and road are not the best when raining or snowing, so you should just keep this in mind when coming.
Even if it's cold season, the house was a cozy place we could share to stay close and warm, feeling like we are travelling in a small cabin and camping on a hill with a beautiful view.

RomaniaThe road leading to the place is a bit difficult. Even with a capable car, it is so steep that our wheels where slipping. This part is not long, just keep in mind that it is difficult.
We had an excellent stay here. Relaxing, located at a semi-isolated location.

RomaniaNot the propriety issue, but the access is quite hard without a car. The road is unpaved and uphill.
The location is very nice. It has a great view over the airport and Cluj-Napoca. The access is quite difficult over unpaved streets - I was with the motorcycle and I had a little hard time to reach it, but manageable. The host meet me at the property. I had everything I needed. The house itself is very cute. Small but sufficient :) Bonus: the coffee was from the house. Excellent!

RomaniaI had to get out of the ciubar to move the car even though the host asked if he can move it for me. When you arrive ask to park the car so that it is out of the way Wi-Fi reception is non existent but this can easily be solved The access is a bit rough on a slightly steep dirt road but it is ok even for smaller car if you drive carefully
Wonderful hosts The ciubar was very relaxing although it takes about 1hour to heat up The tiny house is well done Great privacy (the ciubar is behind the tiny house and there is no neighbor) Panorama view of the hills, airport etc Isolated location
