The beds were very comfortable and clean. The water pressure in the shower was ideal. The spa facilities were a nice bonus. The staff were very pleasant and polite. It was quiet and comfortable overall. The ensuite could be improved, it looks old fashioned and dated.

There were no free parking lots for our car at the hotel. The parking area is too small compared to the size of the hotel. The bathroom a bit small but clean

Our room was facing the national road and during the day we could hear all the traffic. The walls are pretty thin and you can hear the conversations of other guests. The breakfast could use more fresh vegetables. The WiFi was pretty unstable and during the veening it kept disconnecting. Parking was horrible as there are very few designated spaces and cars are parked all over the sidewalks.

The hotel is situated 20mins walk from the major sightseeing locations in the area (Cozia and Ostrov monasteries). The staff was helpfull and friendly. Very good value for money as for the price of our stay there was included the entry to the SPA. Breakfast was buffet style with clasical choices like ommlet, sausages and few cold dishes. The SPA facilities (3 saunas, 2 jacuzzi, one pool) were nice and carefully attended for. You can rent a bathrobe for the SPA from the reception at a convenient price (10RON / day).

Rooms are outdated (bathroom especially). Some rooms smels like smokes due to some tourists who don't respect the rules.

only thing is that the walls arent soundproof. who can clearly hear your neighbors conversation from your room. also they didnt have a great food menu. also if you are travelling with small kids, know that this property's spa is mostly of old people's treatment place. you cant have your children swimming in their thermal pool because it got sulfur. they say sulfur isnt good for young children's bones. i didnt know that when booking. but it wasnt a big deal. we manage to go to a hotel just few meters away and have our kids enjoy the pool.

the property is nice with an affordable price and great view of the city, the olt river, and the mountain from the balcony. also they have a convinient store just infront of the hotel if ever you need something

The restaurant is not good at all . the meat was not very good cooked , and the rest of the food was cold. The taste is not so good .

Spa wellness not as expected. Opening afternoon for few hours.There are multiple sauna rooms which are great, jacuzzi, thermal pool but we could enjoy only one day for few hours as Thursday was closed all day. No towels provided and a bit overcrowded. Extra cost to use it.

The bathroom was full of mold and smelly. It also had a wet carpet on the floor. Our balcony door had a defect and we couldn’t leave it open.

Refurbished hotel with great views over the resort and very good location. it was very clean and the breakfast (Swedish Buffett) was really good, staff very kind & attentive. Beds were comfortable. Very good value for money.

Staff at breakfast was unfriendly, refills took ages, 2 coffee machines always missing coffee and after I asked a staff member to refill it took 25 minutes to bring coffee. She only brought enough for 10 coffees and there were more than 50 people having breakfast at one time. No air conditioning. Very small rooms, bed mattress was hard and had bumps in it. It was like sleeping on the floor. Will never go back for sure.
