Impeccable services, all staff was very receptive, pleasant and eager to promptly address any request. Perfect location, very clean rooms, beautiful garden with very nice spots where you can enjoy some privacy, if you want.

The mattress was hard. You can hear everything from one room to another. The worst part is when there are small children—you hear everything in the middle of the night.

What a lovely place to stay for a few nights with family! The hotel is off the main street, tucked away from the crowds. It’s less than a 5-minute drive from Bran Castle. Unfortunately, you can’t walk to the castle, as there is no sidewalk, so you would have to walk on the road. The breakfast menu was small, but the staff were so nice that they deviated from the menu and took our personalized orders, which was great—especially since they don’t normally accommodate allergies or food restrictions. The rooms are large enough to be comfortable. The mattress was hard, so it took us a few days to adjust—by that time, we had to leave! :) Out of all four rooms we booked, only mine had a balcony, and I don’t think the hotel has too many of these rooms. The view was great from all of them.

Very helpful staff. Very clean room and facilities. Hotel built in 2009, renovated in 2022 - shows good taste and quality. Excellent breakfast. Nice location, enabling day trips in a spectacular area.

The hotel is furnished with classic furniture, with a tasteful interior design. The rooms are big and clean, the bathrooms are equipped with everything you need, so you feel like you're in your own home or better than that :-) The balconies are large and with beautifully benches. The view from the balcony is gorgeous: you can admire both the hotel's beautifully landscaped garden and the panorama of the surrounding mountains. The breakfast is very well organized.

The door to the hallway had just a little bit of space underneath and we could hear a bit too much noise from the hallway, but other than that it was super nice.

It looked really nice and the room was spacious, we also had a balcony with a great view.

Not a huge issue but in order to get hot water in the shower we had to turn on the hot tub in the sink. Also, the water pressure was not ideal.

The hotel style and the room: it was big, simple, but nicely decorated and cosy. I highly recommend having lunch or dinner in addition to the complementary breakfast. Treat yourself with the papanasi dessert! Great view from the balcony!

The room has a few sockets, but not a big deal, you are in an amazing castle in Bran :-) You dont really need your phone or your laptop :-) There is to much to enjoy to be worried about charging things :-)

Everything, the friendly staff, the food, the room, the surroundings... It was my second time here and I will be coming back again this year. I really feel in paradise here. We were arriving late and they were so nice to contact us to ask if we were still going to eat there. After the Transylvania race, I got the best massage ever, the sauna was also top!

Inside the room you can hear noise from other rooms and also the noise of people climbing the stairs. The wifi in room 20 does not work at all. The signal reach only the bathroom. One morning was not enough food when we arrived at the breakfast area. We arrived at 9:40 and the end of breakfast was at 10:30. But this happened only ones during our stay.

The location is absolutely amazing, the room was big and very clean (Everyday cleaning). The hotel has it's own restaurant which is very nice if you don't want to leave the area.

There is an great opportunity to improve the use of the outdoor area in the back - loads of potencial, and could be made to be even more family friendly. The covered area could host local artisans to show and tell for example, or locals to tell stories from the area. There is a pond in the back as well - if that was a brought back to life it could be another cool spot to chill. The wooden construction for the kids would need to be checked regularly, carefully, as some of wood seemed rotten, and could use replacement to avoid accidents if nails got exposed for example. The property next to the hotel has a series of animals, that, for city kids, could be a real attraction - maybe something could be arranged with the owners. Taking the time to make these suggestions as i truly like the place and hope it will continue to do well.

Doesn’t worth the price! We payed 85 euro per room, and all the night couldn’t sleep because of the noise. The breakfast is poor.

There is no village life near the restaurant. Without a car, you are far from everything. This hotel cannot be recommended for travelers without a car. This should be clearly stated on booking.com. The hotel offers no service, no documentation on excursions in the area. The hotel is not set back only fifty meters from a road very busy during the day by motor vehicles. Too bad to be in the countryside but to have to close the double-glazed window so as not to hear too much noise.

This hotel has 4 strengths: - the rooms are large, - the hotel is immaculately clean, the bed is confortable, - the breakfast, the restaurant and the kitchen and service team are of high quality and speak good English.
