The walk to the Metro was through an estate. During the day, this was fine, but late at night this was uncomfortable. I went to a football match on a Monday night (UEFA U17s), which finished at 11 pm and then found myself stuck as the Metro stopped running really early. It would be useful for the hotel to have all the public transport options available in the room guidance

The room was comfortable and the staff helpful. It was a ten minute walk to the metro. There was a large shopping centre on the doorstep and a visit to the Steua football ground was easy.

The AC temperature can't set below 22 C°, so I needed to sleep with the window open, but that's not a big deal. Who is sensitive for that, the bed not that soft as you imagine, also the blanket is a little heavy.

The hygiene is surprisingly good, there is minibar in the room (not so expensive).

I had a wonderful time at this hotel. The room was very clean, and the cleaning staff were super friendly, with excellent daily cleaning. The location is great and close to almost everything. The staff were very nice and helpful, especially Mr. Ahmed, who was amazing and professional in everything. I highly recommend this place for a comfortable stay and great service.

It would have been better value for money if breakfast was included in the room rate. Instructions for turning temperature down would have been useful. Clearer instructions for the safe would be useful too.

Clean, comfortable, warm room, with a good shower in en suite. Room had a useful fridge, and a kettle appeared in my room near the end of my stay which was great so I could make a cup of tea, thanks. The safe was useful. The reception staff were friendly. Checkout until 12pm as standard was ideal, really appreciated not having to rush to leave.

Our room was on a side of the hotel which was facing another building (also part of the hotel), being only a few meters away from the balconies of other rooms. The space between these buildings functions as an outdoor lounge as well, but it is narrow, drafty, and in shade.

The room was relatively small, but allowed a proper functionality. The bathroom was appropriately equipped. The included breakfast offered cold cuts, cheeses, fruits, beverages, and other options.

We were lodged in the annexe on the third floor, with no lift. The room door did not lock automatically, and the key was in the keyring with the key card, which you had to insert in the slot to get the power in the room. The fridge cabinet door slammed (there were no rubber seals).

Clean room, good air conditioning. Nice position, in a quiet area, close to two large shopping malls.
