How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews

It is a bit old so inevitably eventually it would benefit from some renovation but also it is fairly priced so overall very good for what you pay.
Excellent stop over especially if you are driving through the country. Simple even if a bit run down. Lovely staff and dog friendly.

There is no elevator, so be prepared to carry your luggage up the stairs or ask for help at the reception.
The hotel is situated by the highway, yet surrounded by nature. The room was spacious. The breakfast is served, which means you get what you ask and much more - a true brunch! The restaurant downstairs is big with a great terrace and serves excellent Serbian dishes. In the backyard by the restaurant, there is a large and interesting children's playground. Everybody was very friendly and helpful.

Very good location, specially if you travel transit across the country. Room was big and spacious. Very nice, friendly and helpful staff! The food in the restaurant for dinner and breakfast was amazing.

The breakfast was unforgettably good! Kind, polite staff, delicious food and plenty of it. We traveled with 2 dogs, so we didn't sleep in the hotel but in the separate apartments. So I can't rate the hotel. The place is quiet, not too much walking around.

The bathroom room needed a good clean. The shower was dirty as in black mould round the tiles and the toilet was unpleasant

The rooms are getting a little old. They probably need to renew them at some point.
Great Location if you're just driving transit through Serbia. Quiet location and very friendly staff. The hotel has a great restaurant so you don't have to go out for dinner

My phone didn't connect to Wifi (my laptop did). The fridge in the room didn't really work.
Great location for transit travellers. Restaurant is excellent (for dinner and breakfast)

there is no elevator and a twisted staircase- makes it difficult to take luggage up & down. It is slightly outdated but overall clean.

In the middle of the summer you would expect that the AC was blasting in the room. Well that was not the case! We couldn’t make the temperature of the room more stable and it was warm ! I hated that there were flys in the room.
The parking lot was visible from the room. There were big three beds in our room. The stuff was friendly and helpful. The stuff I the restaurant even made us food 20 minutes before closing !

We stayed in a garden room which is very private. Lovely and warm as there is underfloor heating. There is also air conditioning and parking directly outside

The air conditioner in the room is only for advertising, because its operation is only symbolic.
The reception is ok, the hotel is clean, as is the room. The air conditioning is symbolic, the mini bar is stocked. Breakfast should be included in the price of the stay. The restaurant is ok, but too expensive for the environment in which it is located.

Facility allows smoking everywhere and smoke was getting durring the night even in our room through the ventilation system. there was no other activities to do when not using the pool. no sports hall or some place to sit outside if that is not a restaurant, biggest disappointment was that entrance to the pool was not included for staying guests. Service in the restaurant could be faster.
we didnt know what we can choose from, but waiter offered something and it was ok and amount was good. I like that he brought us when we asked fruits at the end of meal.

Everything was good.

We love this place. We love the food. Nice rest it offers. Extra warm room, beautiful Egyptian cotton sheets! I should have always asked a non-smoking room.
