No AC in the room. It was around 24°C with a bit of rain, so no AC wasn’t really an issue. But anything warmer than that would be uncomfortable. My room had a fan when I visited in winter (this is my 2. stay here), but not this time. Not that it would’ve helped much if it were any warmer, because I don’t handle heat well and often wake up at night because of it. I’d stay here again, just not in the summer heat.

The private single and double rooms are a big plus since that’s not very common in hostels. The location: close to the shopping center and university campuses, which is very convenient.

Only thing was mattress, had a big dent ( possibly big mens was sleeping before me in that bed🙂😄) but I switched side and slept like a baby

Very clean,they provide you with towels ,big fan in room, in bathroom big stack of toilet paper, good hairdryer, soap, mini bins everywhere…In kitchen everything possible you need for cooking and sweet Sofia to help you if needed ( she was kind to wash my jeans) One of the best hostels that I stayed in 20 years.

Lovely spot. The single room I had was clean and had everything I needed (desk, fan). The kitchen was well equipped and there was tea/coffee etc for everyone (nice after a day sightseeing). Only thing I noticed was the shower - you had to hold the shower head as the bracket was loose. Only a minor issue. It was easy to get to Novi Sad centre. I'd happily stay again and recommend to others.

The staff is very friendly, everything is so clean and new, it was well heated during winter, quiet and comfortable. Special thanks to the lady who works there who made me coffee:)

The hostel is located on a quiet residential area but on just a short walking distance from the city center. I had a single room, which was quite comfortable and clean. Shared bathrooms were pretty clean too. Bed was okay, definitely good for the price I paid. Staff was helpful and also let me leave my luggage in the common area after check-out so that I didn't have to carry it around the whole day. Would recommend for whoever is looking for a good value when travelling on budget!

The mattress needs to be replaced as it has an indentation in the middle, and the bathrooms could use some hooks on the doors so people can hang their towel and clothes while taking a shower.

The location is great, I felt safe, the room was pleasantly warm, the staff is polite. Really nice touch with fresh fruit and candy.

I liked everything. I was also lucky to get room no.1, cause no.11 and 12 are nexxt to the two WC, and in those ones maybe one can hear noises from possible careless guests.

The ATM in the street not far from there did not give me cash around midnight, but it was ok the next day in the morning. I hope Serbia will fix their railway network soon, at least the bus worked, but if you go from the main bus station, you have to buy a ticket in the hall from a ticket office, which can take some time, so come earlier for your bus than me. :-)

A pleasant cozy place, it has what one needs in a hostel. Helpful and flexible staff. And I received a tasty apple! This place takes care to be quiet at night.

The walls are a bit thin and we could hear the guests from the room next to ours.

The hostel is clean and well equipped and really close to the center of the city. The room was spacious enough with commfortable beds and plenty of natural light. We enjoyed our stay here and can highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for a clean, nice and reasonably priced accomodation close to to the city center.

The bed was really noisy when I rolled over.

Great size room for a single. The staff were wonderful and so helpful. I was able to store my luggage after checkout. Bathrooms were clean and big enough that getting dressed after a shower was comfortable. Free fruit and lollies on the table was wonderful.

Everything was just nice. The staff girl is so nice and gentle, helpful with stuff I needed too. Room itself was two bed room, comfy and nice and clean. Beds were not the completely new ones, but I didn't have any major troubles, I slept fine.
