We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The apartment is in a very nice building, and the place where the building is is quiet and beautiful. The apartment itself is perfectly clean, and it's wonderful. The owner is a very kind and nice lady, she's open to any agreement, so we give this apartment a huge plus!

SerbiaWhere to start? First of all don't trust the owner Dragica and her husband. She convinced us to book not via booking but rather via herself because it would be cheaper ( we stayed two weeks almost). In the End her unfriendly husband charged us exactly the same price then we would pay on booking, which of course is a scam because on booking you pay for the city tax for tourist but Dragica never wanted our passports and literally only knew the first name of my husband 🫠 so she didnt bother to register us but we paid the price for it in anyway. ( I guess they really need the money😁) Then we had the agreement with her that we would come back the next week but during check out her husband said oh no all the apartments are booked already, which Is a lie you can see on booking both are free and also his wife told my hubby before that's its fine when we come back at this date but her husband was adamed that it's not free. Liars and also they really screwed over our plans because we had to find last minute something to stay in for almost a week which is not so easy. So yea don't trust one word out of the owners mouth . Now the room : idk she tried to clean but it wasn't really clean , spidercobs on the walls , bedframe dirty , bathroom smelled constantly like rotten hair / burned hair/ acidy. Bathroom smelled actually so bad that I had to threw up once from the smell. Airco leaking on you if you sit on the balcony. The local kids / teenagers are playing every night really loud across the apartment on the playground so it's impossible to sleep ever with the window open. If she wouldn't have lied to us with the money and the stay I could oversee certain things but the whole experience was just ridiculous.
