Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The bathroom was small but OK for one night.
Great location, very polite and professional owner. He provided details of everything that we needed. i highly recommend this place for a short stay! Parking infront of the appartment was very convinient!

Everything said before me is true! Don't have much to add - accommodation was as it should be, nothing missing, really friendly attitude, perfect communication, wonderful stay! My kids and dog loved the place (called it "magical ") as well as the city - looking forward to being Dejan's guest again!

We booked spontaneously on our way through Serbia. The apartment is spacious, super tidy and everything necessary is included. Our host Dejan was unbelievably nice and helpful. We will come back if we are in the area!

Bathroom is small and dark a little bit
Good location (15 minutes from city center by foot), best value for money and nice host. The apartment was clean and well equipped. We found big bottle of cool water and Coca-Cola in a fridge and also toothbrushes and toothpaste in a bathroom. There is a small gricery near apartment.

Beautiful apartment, very clean and you could tell that it was furnished with an eye for the little details (toothbrushes and toothpaste in the bathroom, iron, slippers, cold drinks in the fridge, etc). We were grateful for the A/C on a hot day 😅. Dejan, the host, was very lovely, waited for us as we arrived and recommended us a nice bar at the river banks. Thank you very much, we’ll come back when we’re in the area again.

The owner was exceptionally kind and accommodated our early check-in request. After a long journey in the high temperatures, it was a huge relief to arrive in a cool, air-conditioned apartment. The place was comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed. Highly recommended for a pleasant and welcoming stay!

Do not have any negative experience.
Host was very kind and helpful. Apartment was clean and location is very good. About 1 km from center. I recomend it. If you travel with your family it is super for a few days. Unfortunately there is no washing machine.
