Very nice place on the outskirts of Sremski Kralovec. We stayed 3 nights with 1 year old baby, and enjoyed it greatly. Great base for visiting Novi Sad or National Park. Recommend to anyone

The host is really friendly and proactive, the whole house is beautiful and has a garden to sit out. It's located near the bank of the Danube, the area is amazing too. We only spent 1 night unfortunately, but everyone in the group said that one day, if we will discover Serbia we will return! I can wholeheartedly recommend this place! It's a gem!

This was such a wonderful place to stay in the charming town of Sremski Karlovci! We were a little worried before we arrived because we didn't have a car and the house is a bit more at the edge of the town, but it was absolutely fine. It was a pleasant 15-20 minute walk to the town square along a road with several shops. There was a general store very close, and more specialized food shops further along the same street. Nikica was the best host you could ask for. He even went out and bought a bicycle pump to pump up the tyres of an adult and child bike he had. Our daughter loved exploring the town on her bike, and we found a third to hire by asking at the Tourist Information in town, so we were able to take a short bike ride to Strazilovo in the national park, which had stunning scenery. The house itself was amazing – it had so much character, with a lovely garden and cosy traditional upstairs bedroom and living room area. The kitchen was the best we had on our trip – it had a newly fitted oven and hob and was equipped with loads of pots and pans and utensils, and even a new dishwasher. It was a pleasure to cook in, but an even greater pleasure to eat at this house because there were lovely dining areas both indoors and outdoors. It was just a shame we didn't have more people to enjoy all the space with! You could tell it had been used to host countless dinners and parties over the years. It really felt like a place to create happy memories, and I think we will always look back fondly on our time spent here.

This is an excellent place to stay: spacious, surprisingly quiet, built with a great taste and love. We stayed just for one night but truly enjoyed the stay. It’s a bit far from the centre, which is not a problem when the weather is good

Located just outside the town with parking space in the driveway. Friendly host who has a small vineyard behind the house, and offered us some wine to taste!

The address provided was wrong, and we ended up at the neighbour's house instead. They kindly directed us over. The bedrooms are on the 2nd floor, reached by narrow winding stairs - so we left our luggage downstairs. The kitchen and dining room are located in a separate building from the bedrooms. The shower heater was erratic, and we did not always have hot water.

    Property response:

Really sorry that you didn't manage to use the water heater in the right way. It is a flow water heater that automatically turns on when it detects that the water tap is open and starts heating the water, after which you need to wait, usually about 30 seconds, for the hot water to reach you. In practice, it has been shown that it is not good to open/close the water several times in a row, the water heater can get confused and throw an error. The second floor is actually only one floor, there are no more floors than one, only one very stylish staircase leads to the apartment, as can be seen in the pictures. Thanks

Spacious and cosy apartment. Recommended. Thank you.

The neighbour started to mow the lawn at 5.45 in the morning on Saturday but it's not the host's fault. Other than that everything was okay.

The apartment is very nice and spacious, with beautiful garden and very pleasant overall atmosphere. The owner is very nice and helpful.

The bathroom and the kitchen were somewhat smelly (probably because the house is older).

Nice apartment with aircon, located not fare to city center. Big garden. Degustation room with big table so you can eat there. Parking in front of the house. Small markets and "pekara" in surrounding. Petar our nice host is producer of own wine and vinjak so you can degustate and buy. We strongly reccomend to buy wine Sila and vinjak.

    Kitchen needs modernization

Peter is a great host, very friendly and he's a nice person just to talk with! I wish him all the best and hope to stay at his fabulous home one more time. The location is great for those travelling by a car. We fluctuated between Belgrade and Novi Sad during our stay, so the location is just perfect. And there's a train station with speed trains going between NS and BG.
