We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

SlovakiaEverything was fine in the apartment, if you are traveling to Banja Koviljača you should pick this apartment throughout your stay. Everything was great, and the location is excellent, just a few minutes from the park and thermal spa centrum. The host is helpful with everything.

SerbiaI would have liked some more cooking utensils (spatulas and serving spoons to be exact) and toilet rolls. I carried my own food but it was a challenge to serve it using cutlery. We ran out of toilet papers within a day and had to buy some. The couch was a bit too hard.
The location was great. Very near city center. Maxi and Idea close at hand. Spa centers and restaurants within 15 minutes walking. Safe community and apartment is fully wheelchair accessible. Host very nice polite and helpful. Having a smart TV was an added advantage.
