Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content

- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Apartment was very clean, easy access to the main Restaurants and Bars. The room was very quiet, with great air conditioning. Host Sanja was very informative of where to eat, and where to go.

I had a fantastic stay at the Statik SD hotel! The room was spacious, incredibly clean, and nicely decorated. It felt both modern and cozy, and I really appreciated the comfortable bed and quiet atmosphere, which made for a great night's sleep. Sanja (the host) is exceptional, friendly, helpful and arranges everything, she made sure I had everything I needed. Their recommendations for local restaurants were spot-on! The location is perfect as well, it's close to everything, I would absolutely recommend Statik SD to anyone looking for a wonderful and relaxing hotel experience.

For bikers the apartment is perfectly situated on the route and the friendly owner allowes you to park the bike inside the apartment.

Great little hotel right in the centre of the city. Really easy to check in and out and the communication was great. I arrived late in the day but the check in was seamless. The rooms was spot on, clean and modern. Lots of choices for food right on the doorstep with the river just opposite the hotel.

It can be challenging to find parking it is a very busy area. Apartment is on the first floor and staircase is very narrow so if you have difficulty with mobility you should probably avoid.
The location is perfect. The apartment is very functional and tastefully arranged. Host was very responsive, greatly appreciated her.

Comfortable apartment, right in the city center, just couple of meters away from the main pedestrian street. Fortress is also just 5 min away on foot. Comfy bed, nice and spatious bathroom, AC that stays on when you leave the room. Everything was spot clean. Kind and very helpful host, gave us a lot of information about the city, what to see and where to eat.

The object is situated literraly in the city center, few meters away from the main street! It is also very close to medievil fortress wich is must see, we were amazed with it's beauty and history behind it. The host is super nice and helpful, definatelly our recommendation if visiting this beautiful city.

Everything was excellent
Excellent location, nearby the biggest attraction, the fortress, bars with food and drinks,, close to the bus station.. Many extras for the guest;s comfort. I highly recommend!

The apartment was very clean and comfortable. Great location, just a short walk to the bus depot, fortress, and the city centre. And a great view of the Danube. The host was so kind, and thoughtful, and made sure everything was perfect for my stay. Felt very safe and secure here. Would recommend for anyone visiting Smederevo.
