-The parking was very disorganized, it is street parking with quite little space - I had to stop my car between two other cars, just few centimeters away from each (the man from the reception helped me with that, but I was very worried all day until I saw normal spot and moved my car). I think they planned car elevator to underground garage, but it was not working when we stayed. -It is true that on booking.com it was noted that I can pay only in cash, but I could not believe that such a luxury place do not offer card payment. After all I paid in cash but not received any kind of proof for the payment, the lady from the reception just put the money in paper envelope and said "I will give it to the owner" and that's it. I would not blame them for not paying taxes because I am not sure about that and I really don't care, but this is not good practice and does not match with their claim that this is a luxury place. -The bathroom missed very basic things like shower gel and shampoo.

The place is brand new, actually I think under construction yet, hence everything is shiny. It is located in the city center very close to everything interesting. The people working there are very kind and responsive. There’s a rather nice restaurant in the old Zepter hotel. As a guest of Zepterme, you can enjoy high-quality food at a fraction of the price of restaurants outside. The building is huge - our room was opposite the city center part, very close to the forest so we had the opportunity to enjoy the unique song of the birds at night (we really liked that).

Excellent apartments on the top place in the town. Comfortable sleep. When I booked I was somewhat hesitant since some works are going on in the hotel. I can assure future travelers that these works are done in a very discreet manner and do not disturbed us during our 4-nights stay. Restaurant and spa of Zepter Hotel can be used with discount.

The whole building is not finished yet. E.g. spa, swimming pool, restaurant are not finished yet, so to use spa and swimming pool we had to go to the Zepter hotel next door and paid - which was a bit overpriced (1500 din per person as per 50 % discounted price - full price was 3000din per person). WiFi was slow and practically useless - perhaps this is due to it's still very new building and some facilities still getting set up.

Excelent location! Good, large size rooms. Cleanliness was very good.

Not enough parking spaces available. Cars parked in front of the entrance, making access difficult for baby strollers.

Cleanliness of the apartment - a big complaint from our side. Sheet on the bed in the bedroom was full of stains and holes. When we got the new sheets in order to change this one, we saw that the mattress was full of crumbs. Not something you want to see on the bed where you want to sleep or your kids. Some towels had a strange, noticeable smell. We couldn't open the window in the living room, which was swinging and from which a shard fell out when we tried to open it. Overall, it was not a bad stay, on the contrary, but for a new apartment, above mentioned things are not acceptable. Especially having in mind overall price per night for such apartment (over 80 EUR/night with city tax).

Location is great, few minutes from the city centre. The building is new (or at least it looks as new), although it was not finished completely at the time of our stay (November, 2024). We were greeted with construction works, scaffolding and a big crane right in front of the entrance. The host was very hospitable, willing to help us and fulfill our requests. The apartment itself is quite spacious, nicely furnished and comfortable. However, we couldn’t find anything for cooking, so if you intend to use the kitchen, bring all the ingredients with you (oil, spices, etc.).
