We had a truly wonderful stay at Apartment Rajiceva. The location couldn’t be more central – right off Kneza Mihaila, Belgrade’s main shopping and dining street, with plenty of cafés and restaurants just around the corner. What really made our stay exceptional, though, was the kindness and hospitality of our hosts, Sinisa and his brother. They went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. Sinisa met us at the central bus station, helped with our luggage, and even carried it up several flights of stairs. He also arranged a seamless airport transfer for us at the end of our trip, which made everything stress-free. The apartment itself is well appointed, very clean, and comfortably accommodated our family of four. It had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Highly recommended – we would be very happy to stay here again on our next visit to Belgrade.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful apartment in Belgrade! It is located in the heart of Belgrade, opposite of Kalemegdan, on the Knez Mihajlova Street where all the stores are located, the zoo is also nearby, as well as a shopping mall and many restaurants with excellent food. It's an excellent point to start exploring the city. The apartment is stylish and well-equipped. Sinisha was an exceptional host, very positive, helpful, and made us feel at home from the first moment. He found the best parking space for our car, in the very vicinity of the apartment, left cookies, fruit and coffee in the apartment and was available for us 24/7. That's what made our experience very enjoyable. Thank you Sinisha!

The landlord was great. Very friendly and nice. He helped us with the parking, and left cookies and fruits for us. Location was excellent. Opposite of Kalemegdan park, right on the Knez Mihajlova street where all stores are located. The apartment was clean and equipped with all necessities for pleasant stay. The apartment is in the heart of belgrade. As soon as you step out you will find yourself in the main pedestrain area full of restaurants and shops. Despite being in heart of the city it still mantains a quite ambiance. The apartment is very stylish and well equiped with all the necessary amneties making it comfortable as if still at homre. The host also provided us with water and other refreshments. Also provided us with fruits and biscuits. What made our experience truly unforgettable was our host, Sinisa. We have never encountered a host as exceptional as Sinisa in our previous travelling. Check-in is easy since Sinisa would welcome his guests personally. Siniśa ist the most friendly, helpful, and positive host we have ever met. He made us feel at home from the very first second. He found the best parking space for our car, bought a delicious ice cream for the kids and was ready to help at any time. The apartment was very cosy and clean. I am otherwise a big critic and find fault with everything, but this apartment is perfect and I am really delighted. Everything is perfect, and what I liked the most was the bedroom and the extra large king size bed with very comfortable mattresses and expensive bedding... I also have to write a few words about the owner Sinisa. He is a very good guy, who was always ready to help us with all our requests. If you are planning a visit to Belgrade, you must book this apartment, you will not regret it.

I really travel a lot and I have never given a 10.0 rating to anyone. I travel the whole world, but this apartment deserves more than 10.0. Everything about the apartment has already been said in previous reviews. What I want to say is that everything is true and that this is really the best accommodation, not only in Belgrade, but in general on this site. The owner Sinisa is an incredibly nice guy. I have only words of praise about him. He can be a manager in the most luxurious hotels in the world and many could learn a lot from him about this business. This apartment and Sinisa definitely deserve a higher rating than 10.0. If you are coming to Belgrade, be sure to book this apartment. It will be beautiful for you as it was for me. ❤️👍

This lovely apartment is located in a very strategic position in the centre of Belgrade. It was perfect for us because we were able to reach the main attractions of the city by foot and it was in a quiet zone at the same time. The apartment was really clean, perfectly suited to us (we were 4 boys) and equipped with the most modern comforts you could need. A special mention for the owner, Sinisa, who is maybe the best owner I have ever met (and I travelled a lot with Booking). Always available, kind and ready to answer to all our questions and needs, I think that 10 stars are not enough for him. If you are planning to visit this amazing country, Sinisa is the best choice you can take. To sum up, I strongly recommend you this apartment and his owner, trust me, you will not regret!!
