Dear Sir, Thank you for your rate and review. We just want to emphasize that we are not close to the city center, we are in the core city center, 50 meters from the Republic Square. What I can say for sure is that our receptionist is neither mechanized, nor unfriendly. I think that you were just in a bad mood that day. You called her saying that you were in front of the building, but you were not. She explained you where we are (you missed the whole street which is one of the central streets of Belgrade). Then you entered the building and you got lost. The receptionist searched for you in the building. You tried to convince her that our sign mislead you, as it says that we are on the third floor. However, our sign says that we are at the third staircase, which is not the same. Furthermore, when you made your reservation, we sent you a message with all the instructions and the pictures of our building, building entrance and reception door. We understand that you were tired and sick that day, however, we think that our instructions are more than clear in order to find us easily. Your first words to the receptionist were that you hated Belgrade because you are coming from a smaller city and you don't like the chaos of a big city like Belgrade. The capital is a beautiful town. You just need to relax a little bit and you will find out all the beauty in the atmosphere and in the people. Or just travel to little towns. By all means, come back, now you know where we are, and the hostel was renovated 10 days ago, so you will enjoy even more. Regards
