Cigarettes smelled everywhere. This is a weak point of almost every place in Serbia. They smoke and don’t care 🫥 Nicely designed hotel and rooms, but … it needs some maintenance. F.e. fridge of minibar impossible to plug to electricity (short cable), broken sofa, carpet burned in the middle of the room, missing bulbs in lamps.

Big nice hotel with a pool, perfect restaurant and lot of parking places.

The bathroom had a funky smell. Other than that was all ok.

We already knew the place, we stay there every year for one night. Ste staff is very friendly and helpful, the rooms are ok.

It is different from the pictures. The place was like a ghost hotel for the first first time. We had to change the rooms, because there was problem with the electricity. Weird hotel in a weird country, but the people are kind.

We stayed for one night before continue our trip. It was near to the highway. Good food and kind staff. The place is good at night, night event filled the place with life.

There’s a small issue with the shower drain, frequently the water spilled causing flooding to the floor.

The hotel was clean, the room was warm and comfortable. There was a party downstairs in the venue, but I can’t say I was disturbed or that I couldn’t sleep. The breakfast was also tasty. We were in transit, just one night, but it was perfect.

In the room and in restaurant smell old. Staff from evening didn't speak english. Menu only in serbian, hard to understand.

Mixed feelings here - many small things that made the impression worse. We got room key but could no find the room door, because all doors on our floor were not marked with room number (so we tried the key door by door!). Room seemed to be brand new - or unfinished actually. There are cables sticking out of the wall, wall decoration is not finished (ugly repairs, many holes in the wall panels), shower tap is damaged. No hot (only warm) water in shower. The restaurant service was very amateurish (salad served with soup spoon, main dish served first, then soup served the minute after, no effort to offer desserts, big choice on the menu but just few dishes available in reality) ... lot of space for improvement!

Facility as itself not so bad. The problem is it is unrated. Very basic stuff. Poor breakfast, no elevator on third floor. Terrible location. Not very pleasant stuff.

The toilet seat was broken, otherwise everything was perfect.

Perfect for spendig a night on the way to the south, very close to the highway and easy to find. Comfortable parking, nice spacy rooms.
