it would be good to have a sign that you do the checkin from the restaurant that is next to the hotel. A bit noisy from people having break downstairs but they close down early so not a big issue. Breakfast was good but one option only so breakfast could be richer

Our favourite room over our 5 weeks in the Balkans. Big space, high ceilings, lots of natural light and a small balcony with a view across to the park and the action on the pedestrian area below. Comfy bed too.

As mentioned, the breakfast could be improved quite a lot.

The property was spotless clean, located in a beautiful old building with high ceilings. Confortable beds, cosy interior - modern yet very well combined with the overall style of the building. Perfect location.

The room was a bit "tight", but this was a minor issue for us.

A clean, perhaps a bit small room for three, but it should be OK for a short visit. However, the food, the quality of service, and the helpfulness of the staff were outstanding: we had an MTB (bike) with us to close up for the night, and it was kindly provided, we appreciate that.

We returned to the room after midnight, there was no water in the sink and shower, it was saved that there was just bottled water. There was already water in the morning

Apartment was nice but first bedroom hasn't any windows and was walk-through room to the second one. it is not too comfortable.

Worth noting there are no stairs, but staff will help bring luggage up. As others have noted, you check in to the pizza restaurant (there is no reception like a conventional hotel)

The room was a bit small, but it was perfect for 1 night.

The location was really great. There is park near the hotel and our office was very close. The breakfast was really fantastic in the restaurant. The 10% discount coupon for more restaurant is really nice from the hotel.

The hotel is located in the old town within walking distance of all the sights. The rooms are spacious, cozy, stylish, and exceptionally clean. The parking is in the back yard and it's quite comfortable. The breakfast was great but I would definitely recommend the restaurant of the hotel. The cuisine was fantastic and we experienced all this pleasure thanks to the care and special service from the hotel and restourant staff. We hope to be back!
