The only minor inconvenience was the heat in the hallway and one night when music could be heard a bit later than expected

We had a wonderful stay! What we loved the most was the hotel's central location, it made exploring the city so easy. The staff was incredibly hospitable and welcoming.

There was an issue with the parking spot assigned to me that was taken by another hotel guest. In general there is a problem related to the parking because hotel is located in the very center of the city in the pedestrian zone. Parking spot is not very close to the hotel because hotel is located in the pedestrian zone.

Hotel seams to be quite new. Rooms are very spacious and have modern interior. Bathroom/toilette is very big and shower area is very big. Bed was exceptionally comfortable. Room was very well sound isolated and it was really quiet in there. WiFi in the hotel is very reliable.

The only few things I noticed: 1) wifi is unavailable out of box, need to get password from reception 2) During one of the breakfasts, staff were watching some video with some kind of "farting" sound that made me feel uncomfortable during eating breakfast

Like in other rooms, there is always a drain pipe smell coming from the shower if the bathroom fan is turned on. This seems to be an overall problem in most of the rooms of the hotel. Despite the stay being for 6 nights, sheets weren't changed once. The room was cleaned, but sheets weren't changed.

The staff friendliness was excellent, the room was excellent, the restaurant food and service is excellent and the location is excellent. Overall, I find that the value for money, despite it definitely having some flaws, Borneo usually is able to deliver a good experience. Not always, but usually.

The room smelled strongly of scented air freshener which immediately gave us an allergy, we couldn't stop sneezing so we took it out of the room to the hallway. Once out of the room we could smell traces of cigarette smoke on everything, the clean towels, the sheets, the rugs. Turns out in Serbia almost everyone smokes, everywhere... (the room is non-smoking and there's even a sign but I guess the cleaning staff smokes, possibly also by the laundry). The hotel restaurant, which is excellent as I mentioned above, is also smoke filled. The law allows smoking inside bars and restaurants in Serbia and this made for a very unpleasant experience despite the staff friendliness and excellent cuisine. The hotel has no elevator (we didn't realize that before we booked) and we were lucky to have a room on the first floor, but it's still not easy to drag suitcases up 2 flights of stairs.

We stayed just one night, passing through on our way back from Croatia to Romania. The location is great, outside the busy center of Belgrade and close to the Romanian border. The hotel room was super comfortable and clean, the bed was very comfortable and everything was just right. We had a parking spot reserved (5 mins walk on the corner of the street because it is in a pedestrian zone). We also ate dinner at the hotel restaurant and it was just amazing. Great waiter, excellent food, good prices. The breakfast, as it turns out was by order from a fixed menu with just a few options. However, we asked if we could get an extra egg instead of bread which we don't eat, and they accommodated perfectly. It was delicious. The wifi is strong as is the air condition, which was a saviour in the midst of a heat wave (temperatures were 35 even at night).

It may be a bit noisy from the bar on the other side of the street, but they finish around midnight so is ok. Also both times i tried to contact receptionist or get breakfast no one was there, there were no one to help me and someone came only after another guest had to knock on the kitchen door and almost entered it to ask for someone to help.

Located at the very heart of the town, all the nice restaurants and necessary shops are really close. Hotel has its own restaurant on the ground floor, the menu is pretty big and food is tasty. Breakfast is included, although it is pretty simple. Room is cosy, has a huge tv and a big comfy bed. I absolutely enjoyed my stay there.

There might not be an empty space in their private parking slots. We got a parking penalty ticket, but Borneo has paid it instead of us.

Very clean, tidy, modern room, underfloor heating, soundproof window - as the images. Very friendly, helpful staff. Good restaurant, delicious food. I have stayed in several 4 star hotels that do not reach the standard I have experienced here. Would happily recommend to others.

The room is located above an outdoor dining area, and at times it was noisy.

This is a boutique hotel in the city center in close proximity to restaurants, shopping, park and river Tamis. The staff was exceptionally friendly, and the room and the bathroom were spacious. The room was serviced daily and thoroughly. Breakfast was excellent with a variety of choices. The restaurant on premises has excellent food and service. Highly recommended.

The food was great, comfortbal room and close to nature and the capital Belgrade. Staff was very helpful and kind. Again, food was delicious! Atmosphere in the room could be created for any kind of setting.

The escape light illumination was very annoying in the room. You could not turn off the light and thus the sleep was disturbed
