- breakfast - you choose from the menu. It was ok,food was really nice.But we did not get any drinks at all. At the end there was a request to pay for the breakfast even tho the breakfast was included in price. We refused, the waiter checked with somebody on the phone, apologiezed and we didn't pay anything extra. - uncomfortable bed - very old equipment

Door are closed at 11 PM and you need to call guard for opening (a simple access control system would solve this).

Restorant on the ground floor (recommendation for ribs in barbecue sauce). Very quiet location. The rooms are very big.

Very small things - only garbage cans in the bathroom, the shower didn’t close completely.

Spacious and very clean. The staff was so sweet and checked us in even though we arrived much later than we originally thought.

The staff was extremely nice and helpful. Čevapčiči were amazing and I reccoment getting breakfast because you will be full all day.

You could hear some noise from other rooms. The most of the staff did speak well English, though it was difficult to understand each other with one of them. People did smoke in the restaurant like in other restaurants in Serbia. There is no cycling path from the hotel to the city centre so if you would like to cycle like we did then you have to go on main roads with traffic.

The room was very specious and clean. Parking was included in the price. The restaurant served good food for a reasonable price. The towels were changed daily which was even more than required. There is a park/wood over the road where you can go for a walk or run. Hotel could arrange a transport to the city centre for a reasonble price. Though the Car: go application offered about the half price.

Exultant location for people who want stay little far from central area. Nearly around hotel have big park for waking. Exultant kitchen! Hotel room is clean. Have free parking.This is very important In Belgrad ! Nice family hotel where can rest and eat for good price.

Everything exceeded my expectations. From top to bottom, an immaculate stay. If I can, I would definitely like to return for the black risotto, which is the best I've ever had.

The owner and staff were absolutely amazing! You cannot ask for nicer people. They go over the top to make sure you're comfortable and welcome. The rooms are clean, the restaurant is amazing (they even host staff from national embassies) and If you're lucky, you'll get to meet the man that works overnight. I'm sorry but I forget his name but he is an absolute gem. If you're lucky enough to meet him, spend a little time talking to him. You definitely will not regret it.

The location is great, in a green and quiet area, a 10 minute drive from city's sports grounds. If you travel by car, it is an excellent base to discover the city from, if not, the hotel offers rides at a very reasonable price. The apartment we rented turned out to be bigger than we expected. It was well organized and very clean. The furniture was nice and in very good conditionn. Breakfast was excellent and the food offered by the restaurant for lunch and dinner was just great. The staff was more than friendly, they made us feel like home. Would definitely come again.

No iron , breakfast is not included even if you book apartment, too noisy, they were not sure if the bedding is clean or dirty when we checked in. Waiters completely not familiar with the menu and product.

The top floor in the three-bedroom did not have AC and was really hot and humid. Do not stay in these duplex rooms during the summer.

We arrived in Belgrade at late night with kids, tired and relishing that the booking i made was for next year by mistake, and the host can not accommodate us. At the last minute , I booked this property 15 minutes before we arrived. Everything was excellent! It was already before midnight, when we booked this property and wasn't sure what is it's. It was an excellent surprise. The owner is very welcoming, staff as well. Accommodation above our expectations. Thank you so much!

It was all great!

Excellent hotel, excellent service, excellent food and excellent prices! The rooms are fresh and bedlinen and towels are changed every day or every other day. Staff is very friendly and professional. Location is great, the bus stops right outside the hotel on the street and you get a feeling of being on the countryside because of the greenery, but you're literally 20min away from the centre by bus. There's parking available and in the evening they lock the gates, so it's very safe. There's a night guard Zdravko that will let you in, he's awesome! Highly recommend this place!
