First of all, the location is amazing. Secondly, the staff is as kind as can be. I got a beautiful room, a free upgrade, and inside a personal note for welcoming me from the staff. I stayed only one night but I wish I had more time to spend there. The restaurant had great food for dinner, and breakfast was quite good. All in all, a superb hotel. Will come back again.

Some very minor things that can be fixed easily- few stains on the carpet and on the chairs in the restaurant , I think if this is fixed they can easily get another star.

The stuff was very helpful and responsive and helped to accommodate for my unusual stay schedule . The rooms and the building are nice and clean and modern. Very good isolation from noise outside. The restaurant was really good and also accommodating for my very late “breakfast” request . The stuff is very polite and friendly. Very service oriented. Highly recommend. Will be staying here again when in Belgrade.

It was all good

The staff were very efficient and helpful. The rooms are modern, bright, and very well priced. The hotel was reasonably central to both the Old Town and the Nikola Tesla Museum.

Professional, nice and polite stuff is my highlight. Room was quite big and the bed is amazing, huge and comfortable. Solid breakfast and very decent coffee available. Parking proximity (although with an additional fee) is a huge plus.

Very minor. They didn’t have hangers in the closet, and there were no hooks in the room to hang your coat or clothes.

Everything was great. The facility itself is awesome, the rooms are big and cozy, the staff is just great. The guy from reception - Slobodan was so kind and helpful. As well the girl who checked us out.

The day I arrived the toilet bowl was not properly cleaned, as some fecal stains were still visible.

Rooms are spacious and breakfast is provided. The staff are friendly, particularly the individual wearing a grey coat, who I believe is the manager. He was exceptionally helpful and friendly during my check-in on the night of December 18, 2024.

The towels were clean but a little worn out.

A very clean hotel with polite staff, especially Slobodan at the reception who was super polite and helpful. Breakfast was very good, with a lot of variety, the room was clean and spacious and there was a parking beside the hotel with 15 euros/per day. Parking in Belgrade is really difficult so having one is very convenient.

We had a wonderful experience at this hotel, which boasts a prime location and excellent amenities. We were upgraded to a huge room that was both comfortable and spacious. The location was unbeatable—just a 10-20 minute walk to all the major attractions, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the area. The great tasty breakfast offered a delicious start to our days, and the staff were welcoming and kind, adding to the overall positive experience. We highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the area!
