Great location, just out of the center of the mountain. Great pool, at some point I was even alone there. Has a lot of sport courts like football, basketball...

The hotel staff was truly amazing – very kind, professional, and always willing to help. Because of the races that were organized on the road, we arrived late for check-in, but they were very understanding and even gave us a better room. They also allowed us to have a late check-out the next day, which we really appreciated. Everything was excellent – the room was clean and comfortable, the location was great, and the overall atmosphere was very pleasant. We felt welcomed and well taken care of throughout our stay.

There was nothing we didn’t like – everything met or exceeded our expectations.

The room was spacious. Everything was clean and the staff was very polite.

Usually in the hotels of this rank, you would expect some additional items like coffee machine these days. The minibar was only restocked at the begining, some additional water would be nice. Especially since the guests are instructed not to bring anything from the outside like drinks and snacks.

The beds where very comfortable and staff was very helpful , we loved the breakfast;

It could be cleaner, the childrens chair was dusty and dirty like it has never been cleaned properly. It was quite hot at the pool area but this is a personal view.
