There were moskitos (may be it's a problem for summer season only) - my advise is to have a fumigator with you.

The owner is very friendly and helping; the room and the place in general is very clean; the shower and all in the bathroom work very well. During my stay, the weather was very hot, but I even didn't need the air-conditioner, as the walls of the building keep a normal temperature inside. It's a quite and safe place. The best choice for its price, really low in comparison with the other suggestions in Belgrade.

I liked the location - there was close by everything I need ( I especially enjoyed the coffee house "coffee dream" which is just around the corner ). The room looked very nice and it had a TV. There is a WiFi available as well. The property is quite close to the Kalemegdan so I enjoyed going there.

There's no better host than Ivan. He was really helpful and kindest person ever. Even though we made a mistake while booking he tried to find us room according our needs as a family. The area looks bit awkward but it's safe. Nice old restaurant Stara Hercegovina served an amazing breakfast. Even though it might not be a perfect place, for us was fine as we are not picky nor demanding too much.

Very small rooms and hardly a place to put your baggage aside.

Good location, with about 15-20 minutes walking to the Trg Republike and Knjez Mihajlova. Big supermarket nerby as well as bakeries, kafanas, small shops, etc. Free parking is available at the accommodation. The host was really friendly.

Location is great. Dorcol Platz is very close to the property. Room was clean and quiet. Owner is very nice guy - helped a lot with providing precise directions, keeping my luggage, so I could pick it up a bit later. Bus station is as well few steps away from the property.

Location is not the best, but not to fair also The big issues is they have a event house beside them and one night was impossible to sleep because of the music from this event

Luckily I booked the room with 3 beds as no other was available for me alone to stay. The room is not properly cleaned: on one of 3 beds I noticed wrinkles on bed sheets n pillow as when somebody slept there n linen was not changed, so I choose other bed for me which seemed clean. Toilet was also dirty, so I wiped objects I had to touch with anticeptic wet tissues which became dirty. I did not ask to change the room as I was to stay for one night - thought I could manage and also I felt they may be about same as the host lady opened one room for me at first then saw it was not cleaned n offered me the one I finally got. Worst thing was I could not fell asleep for a long time and around 2a.m. I felt something dropped on my head and when I got up I saw black worm of about 2,5-3cm long 3-4mm wide on the pillow moving quite fast. I threw it to the floor n killed it, but after that I could not sleep at all - keep checking if any other worm on the ceiling from time to time - did not see any more. I could tolerate couple of mosquitos in the room - I understand, but not the worm falling down on you. I had never come across such before and good I felt it as it could get in my ear or nose, who knows... I left early morning and told the host-lady about this, she said sorry, but did not offer compensation which I think could be appropriate as I did not sleep at night at all - I had a tough day for sight seeing after it. Another sign that no proper cleaning is done is snares/spidernets in the room. I stayed in other apartment for same price in Belgrade for over 10 days and it was very clean unlike this one.

The hosts were welcoming, offered complimentary coffee and made registration of my stay on check-in (white cardboard, they call it in Serbia).

Mosquitoes at night & the stinky smell from the drainage especially if you’re sleeping at the bed close to the toilet but it’s only at night. I only have 2 small sachets of shampoo/ body shower for my 3 nights of stay, I wasn’t able to ask for more because I’m always outside.

Very unmaintained apartment. It smelled like urine inside. The beds were not clean. The pipes at the sink were not fixed. The toilet lid was not clean when we arrived. It seems that the owner no longer has the resources to maintain the apartment

I was sleeping in three beds room so there was plenty of space but for the entire family there is only small wardrobe and any place to store bags. Rooms are old, rather torn out but beds are still comfy enough.

Easy to find, close to the city center, nice staff. Free parking right at the front of the hotel. Shops, bars, supermarket, restaurants 500 m away. Quiet neighborhood.
