There was no electric teapot and mugs in the room. Air condition was noizy a little, and noize was periodical - like a surf. Once in the night fog sensor was triggered.

Cleanliness in the room. The staff speaks English. Fast WiFi. Sweets at the reception and in the room. Excellent breakfast, even vegetarians will find something to eat.

in the morning I found another car (local numbers) parked next to mine, so close that I couldn't get into my car.I asked the woman at the reception about the owner, but she said she dont know (private parking with barrier) and I have enough space to get in my car. It was necessary to ask my friend to enter through the right side, It was the only bad experience with someone from the staff. The other people from the staff were very kind.

Parking was suppose to be included and no reservation was needed. When I got there they said parking was full. They said I could park behind a fence across the street that had free parking. However, it is a gated parking only open at night. Your car will be locked in during the day. I don't think this hotel has parking, I think it just for marketing. Staff was a a bit rude, but I think this is just how they talk to tourists in Serbia. Breakfast was included but if you are not used to eating breakfast with smokers it could be hard to enjoy it.

The room was on the fifth floor, the elevator reached the fourth floor but it was not a problem for me. The bed was nice. The bathroom was nice.

Not everything that was promised was provided. When we asked for shampoo, they didn’t have any🤷🏼‍♀️ Breakfast was not rich. There was no water or juice, just instant coffee and cocoa. Also we didn’t find the slippers in the room, and after the experience with the shampoo, preferred to use our own. It was also cold in the room and the remote control was out of batteries 😞

The stuff was polite. The room was as on the photo: big, cosy and clean. The bathroom was tiny. I liked their SPA, though it didn’t have a hot tub or swimming pool, there was a salt room, Finnish sauna and infrared sauna. Breakfast was tasty, and I liked they had a vegan option even.

To me hotel is OK but overrated. Main minus - location. It is not really far from city center but located next to a big hospital. So, when walking to the hotel I had to go near emergency cars and funeral shop. No good shops and stores nearby either. It is OK for short stay but definitely not a place for romantic trip. There were also some problems in bathroom and with window. It is manageable but noticeable. Staff partially speaks English but in general - not.

Personally, I cannot highlight anything specially. Just consider it as a normal place to stay. Room is big. Breakfast not big but pretty good. Room had a good kitchen, fridge and kettle so you could easily have a tea/coffee if needed.

There is smoking allowed in the open are lobby/caffe and all that smoke goes directly to the breakfast area which is above it. I was with kids and it was rather uncomfortable to eat due to all the cigarette’s smoke. Also, there was no real coffee served, only instant and the served food was quite slim (bacon was gone in no time). I would have went to the lobby for the coffee but as a non smoker it was uncomfortable for me to stand the thick morning smoke. I was eager to exit the premises as it was hard for me to breathe.

I loved how clean everything was. the bed and sofa were comfortable and the shower had good pressure and instant hot water The secure parking was a nice touch.
