How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Absolutely wonderful stay and exceptional staff! I had an excellent experience at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and always ready to go the extra mile to ensure everything was perfect. They surprised my husband with a birthday cake, which was such a lovely gesture, and were flexible with both check-in and check-out times. Their genuine care and attention to detail made our stay truly memorable.

Its location was excellent - easy to drive to and just on outskirts of city. Within walking distance of the Danube which was great.

The shower pan was completely flat and became slippery when wet, which could potentially lead to accidents. A textured material could have been chosen instead.
The breakfast was very good. There was a wide variety, and even freshly squeezed orange juice was available at no additional charge.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and welcoming, the room was clean and comfortable, and the location was very close to E75. The breakfast was great also. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Sauna and steam room too hot. People are naked
Hotel is great, room is confy, bathroom clean. Breakfast is one of the best. Spa is somewhat strange, no rules when it comes to wearing swim suites, people can be naked, and if you are with family that can be a problem.

Excellent hotel. New. Good infrastructure. I really liked the room, the hotel itself has a good restaurant. It is convenient that there is a SPA and you can sign up for a massage or relax in the sauna. Very friendly staff, who are always ready to help, to advise. I really enjoyed my stay.

Couple of servers in the restaurant did their job but looked like we bothered them to be there. Be aware that the cafe/bar area is a smoking area. The rooms are nicely insulated from noise on outside but not from the hallways. You hear everything that is going on in the hallway, every door closing every word people are saying etc.
Arranging the transport from and to the airport was a breeze. The check in was quick and efficient. Most of the staff was incredibly friendly and professional. Food was good, portions were huge. The bar area was very nice. Breakfast buffet was very good with many choices.

The property is beautifully modern, offering a clean and comfortable room. Plus, there’s an underground parking available, which is a huge plus. The hotel is situated in the new city zone, with wide, spacious streets. The breakfast was not only delicious but also offered a great variety of options to suit different tastes. The addition of fresh-pressed orange juice and a smoothie mixer was a fantastic touch that elevated the breakfast experience even further. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

The major issue for us was the lack of privacy in bathroom. Not only it doesn't have a lock, it also has a glass wall with the room. There is a semi-transparent curtain covering the glass wall, but it's on the side of the room, not the bathroom. 🤦♂️ Living with a toddler in this room may be uncomfortable. P.S. I highly recommend the Hotel putting a matte film on the glass wall.
Best hotel breakfast: omelette station, honeycomb, juice machine with fruits and veggies, 10+ kinds of pastry, etc. Room is spacious, clean and quiet. Beds are comfortable. We also got an extra sheet for the sofa. Awesome Vanity set, and we actually used the sewing kit from it.
