We drove and found it a bit challenging to check in as the street doesn't have much parking space. We had to temporarily leave the car in front of a door to the underground garage. The underground garage was difficult to get into and out of (quite narrow entryway). There is one on the ground level so if possible ask for that one. Had to pay for the gym and parking. The place wasn't cheap as is so would have been to have some of these amenities included for free. The appearance of the street around this apartment building was a bit rundown. There is no separate bedroom here. There is a den where I slept and my son was on the sofa in the living room. This is not necessarily an issue but just something to be aware of if privacy is needed. The TV remote didn't work. The toilet/bathroom had a bit of a smell. Not sure if there's anything wrong with the pipes. It wasn't horrible but other places we stayed at on our trip didn't have this issue.

Close to the center (Hotel Moscow, Terazije, Knez Mihajlova). The front desk girls were very responsive and helpful. Nice views from the balcony. The apartment was spacious.

The apartment is very spacious, has everything you need for a longer stay. The location is very good, it is about 10 min walk from the center of Belgrade on a quiet street, offers a few restaurants within a minute walk for a less expensive meal out than the center. The beds, pillows and duvets are very comfortable. Both ladies at the reception are extremely helpful

Air conditioning seemed to be out of order in both bedrooms, I couldn't find remote controller for it.

Apartment needs a little (minor) TLC. About half of the kitchen under-cabinet lights not working. Loose faucet in the kitchen. Doors not properly hung, (swinging open or closed). The kitchen door is particularly annoying. Shower doors not closing fully. Loose rugs on a polished wooden floor in the bedroom. Loose floor panels at the balcony doors.

Initial reaction upon arrival is WOW! Nice quiet location not too far from the main tourist area.

The apartment itself was awesome. It greatly exceeded my expectations. The two young ladies from recepton, Teodora and Natalija, were so helpful - I must have asked them for information/help like 10+ times in the 2 days I stayed and they were nothing but helpful and hospitable. Bad ventilation sistem. Smells from cooking. Not changing the sheets and towels 5 nights. The wardrobes are non-functional and in poor condition. The satellite TV does not work. If you stay longer, be aware that the toilets are not going to be cleaned for that period. Renovation needs to be done soon.

The single shower is very small and makes it difficult not to wet floor of bathroom. The couch was as hard as a brick.

The small shower box, just a detail.

A fully equipped apartment with all the basic kitchen and household essentials. The place was warm and comfortable. It’s well located in relation to the city center and all the main tourist attractions. We arrived at 1 AM, and the check-in process was smooth. We booked an airport shuttle at a fair price with hosts, and the driver was very helpful (I highly recommend this service, especially if you’re arriving late at night). The hosts were very responsive and answered all our messages promptly.

The host at the desk was incredible. She was very welcoming, explained everything in great detail and when we saw her later when we were exploring the city she was genuine in recognizing us and greeting us. A pretty good location and it was safe.

Nothing to single out

This was my second stay at the property and it really met my expectations. It was clean, had everything you would need and a feeling of a home. Really a comfortable place! In my case it was also very close to my working place, so I definitely plan to use the same place again!
