Location- remote from the centre, not easy to find, entrance to the park has to be paid - the issue is not the amount, but the fact they accept only cash and if you arrive during the night, this can be a challenge

Breakfast could be better. for continental sausages were low quality. I left the half of the plate. My wife didnt enjoy the breakfast as well. I wish they charge more and have better breakfast on that nice riverside terrace. Hotel is located on an island and entry to island is not free. Please consider that if you are coming with car. If you are not coming with car, consider walking distance from island entry to the hotel which is about 15 minutes.

We stayed in a room with Jacuzzi at balcony. Room is spacious and terrace was much better than we expected. Unfortunately it was rainy first night so we couldn't enjoy it. Hotel was much better than we expected, we consider staying in Belgrad for one more night. There is a charging spot where you can charge your car and billed when checking out, price was fair. View was perfect and it was silent at night. We stayed with our small (8kg) dog and he enjoyed the island and balcony as well. We would probably stay again if we go to Belgrad.

Cleaning could be better, and jacuzzi was empty. However, this was fixed quickly by filling with fresh (warm) water. You have to pay for the entrance with a car on the island.

Nice and modern rooms, and a nice location along the river. The location is top to relax, to go to the beaches or for a walk, run or play. For a visit to Belgrado, you need a car or taxi. If you want to walk, it's a couple of km.

We rarely leave reviews, but Flow Hotel in Belgrade truly deserves it. The lakeside setting is stunning and the floating hotel is full of charm. Rooms on the lake side may be smaller, but they more than compensate with a spacious terrace, comfy chaise longues, and great extras like the internal bathtub and outdoor jacuzzi. Everything is modern, clean, and well-kept. The staff are genuinely friendly, both with guests and kids—there’s even a play corner with toys. Pet-friendly, too, which is a real plus for families. The food is very good, and for the price, this is honestly one of the best bargains out there—top quality for the money. It’s a shame the annex is gone, but it didn’t affect our stay. Overall, an amazing experience. Highly recommended!

Some part of the property is broken and some functions are not working. Like jacuzzi in the room. The breakfast was from À la carte. We needed wait a bit longer for the dinner and breakfast booth. The food was okay but a bit overpriced. The location around the property a bit messy.

Very unique location on the river Sava. It is a floating small “hotel” with good design and extraordinary feeling.

The hotel was very hard to find. When we called for directions they didn’t help. The hotel is at the very end of the island where it’s rather shabby and industrial looking. The bridge to the hotel leads over shallow water where rubbish is floating. On the terrace there are spider webs, the seat covers are always dirty. It would be easy to keep this all nice looking as it’s a small place. We were charged €20 per day for the dog which is quite much in Serbia. At night there was rather loud techno music playing. When asked, staff said well it’s Belgrade.

I have mixed feelings about Flow. The room itself was very nice. Great to have a jacuzzi in the room! The bed was comfortable too. The restaurant is good with a terrace on the water. Everything inside is nice.

The hotel is located on the platform on the river. The river around is quite dirty with rubbish, weeds and frogs. The place is quite isolated and far away from the center.

Clean room, jacuzzi, car parking, wi-fi, very nice park on the island, nice personnel, restaurant on the lower level.

Hotel is located on peninsula Ada Ciganlija which is summer getaway for Belgrade people. It floats in a part with private boats which is extremely, and I mean extremely dirty and polluted. It looked nothing like exterior photos on here. So I left my luggage in the car and approached the hotel with mixed feelings. This is where the manager steps in. You know the rest. Blinds on one of the big windows couldn't be lowered, manager said it is since the morning but I can see in comments here it is a common practice :-) Could be cleaner.

This is a floating hotel with a spacious room (#2) with spacious terrace facing the river and the eccentric bridge. On terrace there is a portable jazuzzi which is prepared upon request. Spent an hour or so in it, pure delight! Bathroom is big enough, shower too, nice water pressure. Comfy bed. Restaurant downstairs with decent food. Manager (female) was warm and welcoming, showing me around after noticing my sceptical face. Why sceptical you ask? Read further.

Electric blinds were broken in the room. This meant that we were woken up by the bright sun much earlier than we would have liked to. Staff told us it will be repaired shortly so next visitors hopefully won't have this problem.

The bedside lights were broken. The view out of the room wasn't great onto a messy backyard.

They have an electric car charger that was not working. I even texted them in advance on the day of arrival to be sure its working but no response. We had to have a detour because of this on the other day.
