I have never seen in my life a hotel that charges its guests for sunbeds. 25e per sunbed?! On top of what you pay for the hotel? That is ridiculous. Just increase the prices (if you need to) and have everything included.

The staff is really genuine and nice, especially the blonde young woman working at the reception, she was very professional and helpful. The rooms were clean. The spa is nice. Breakfast is good.

The outside sunbeds have to be paid for extra, which is ridiculous having in mind we are the hotel guests and have already paid a lot for the stay itself. The pillows are terrible, which is a shame for the hotel of this range and prices. The beds are narrow and short, and if someone very tall would sleep there it would be insufficient. The prices of the coffee and other beverage in the hotel bars are overpriced

Food is amazing, both breakfast and dinner, huge choice everything tasty. The water in the outside pool is constantly warm, even when it is cold outside. The hotel is near the center, walking distance from all important spots. The stuff is amazingly kind, all the waiters and waitresses extremely warm.

That our trip was so short.

The breakfast was the best we have had of all 5 and 4.5+ star resorts we’ve stayed at. It was an impressive broad selection of western foods with traditional and what felt like home style foods with fresh produce.

I don't like that it's listed as a 4 star hotel instead of 5 star, when infact its the best in Kopaonik.

Aside from the fact that i was upgraded to a spectacular room with the best view of Kopaonik and space so that our baby can explore, Grand Hotel is in the top tier when it comes to location, food and staff are excellent. Things that they stand out in: Only hotel to have enough amenities, space and options that if one wished, they don't need to leave the hotel. Outdoor space, indoor space, space for sports, for kids, for business, spectacular size and quality of spa, big parking for all guests, organized outdoor cookouts, great restaurant options within the hotel.

Not necessarily a problem, but in hotels of this category, tea and capsule coffee in the room usually do not incur extra costs. Survivable, just a little strange…

You enter the hotel and you are surprised: very sophisticated interior design, gives the impression of a higher category hotel. In fact, this is a perfect hotel, and for those who care, the bar has a huge selection of drinks, a very good terrace with a good view of the mountains, good parking, although it costs extra. I would like to emphasize that such a high-quality breakfast is only served in five-star hotels.

The shower cabin could use some renovation, and the room in general could be a bit cleaner for the price. WiFi coverage was good, but the speed could be better.

The staff is super friendly, the ambience looks nice, and the location is good. The food was great, and there were plenty of options to choose from.

It was our second stay here. Excellent weekend in every way! Relaxing atmosphere, helpful staff, good food and amazing spa. We also got a free upgrade from the standard to superior room. Going again for sure!

There are a few minor aspects that could be improved to enhance the overall guest experience. We arrived a day before the main influx of visitors, and it appeared that not all facilities were fully operational at that time. The spa and pool areas do not have a lot of activities/options for children; the water temperature in the indoor pool was a bit cold, and several of the sauna facilities were not functioning properly. Additionally, the outdoor pool with the pleasantly warm water would benefit from extended opening hours, rather than being limited to 17:00–21:00. The prices of beverages across the hotel's bars and restaurants are notably high.

We had a fantastic stay. The hotel is easily one of the best in Kopaonik—a large, well-equipped complex in a great central location, right next to the ski slopes. We received the Easter special package, which turned out to be great value for money. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the whole place was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Both breakfast and dinner were excellent, with a wide variety of tasty options. The meal service was also well organized, with food constantly being refilled and no long lines. The kids' playroom was a big hit, and the daily activities for children were a great way to keep them entertained—and give parents a bit of a break. The holiday brunch was a lovely touch, and the outdoor pool with warm water was especially enjoyable. Wi-Fi worked well throughout the hotel, which was another plus. The massage service was incredible. It was definitely one of the highlights of our stay. Definitely would recommend for families with children.

The only, but BIG disadvantage- is that smoking is allowed in public areas. Each time you go for drink or lunch - all your clothes smell cigarettes. Disgusting. I know, this is an issue for the whole country, but I expect for such level of hotel I would like to have some non-smoking restaurants.

Room was very simple and little bit old, location of the room was bad because we were practicly on the way to the spa center and it was so crowdy, and first time I see that coffe and tea in room you need to pay.

The only complaint, but also a big problem for a hotel of this type, is that there is no hot water in the bathroom in the afternoon and evening. Hot water is only available in the morning and I think that is a big problem for this hotel. I coped by bathing in the spa, because there is hot water in the showers, but there is none in my private bathroom.

The hotel is perfect, it is in a very good location. I enjoyed the outdoor pool the most, which had warm water and I could swim outside while it was snowing. The breakfast is very varied and very rich.
