There is nothing that we didn't like. We really appreciated the proximity of Gros Restaurant, which serves amazing Serbian food!

Hotel Gros is a perfect option for a 1-night overnight stop in transit when on holiday. This was our second time at this hotel and we knew exactly what to expect. The room and the beds were very comfortable. The carpets of the hotel are worn and used, but overall everything was nice and clean. It was definitely value for money, as the price also included breakfast.

It was hot inside the room even if we had AC. The rooms are small and this also made to be hot inside during the night.

The rooms were run down with old carpet that felt cheap. There was no Coffee offered for breakfast. People were loud till late night by the window.

We have slept there only one night on the way from Albania so we cannot say much about this place. We recommend also ordering the dinner and breakfast. Good value for money.

Staff spoke little, but perhaps enough, English.

The rooms were comfortable and clean. The bathroom was huge, newly restored. Air condition and refrigerator was reliable. The location felt safe and protected. Wifi was fast and constant. Breakfast was rich and diversified. Location next to a gas station and a grill restaurant, or within walking distance to many good alternatives.

Small room,not so clean.There were towels just for one person even we were couple .Far away from the city.Honestly not value for the money.It’s ok just for one night stay.

Very dated and worn building and furnishings, poor ventilation. Loud music from restaurant next door. Walls paper thin, could hear next door snoring.

The rooms are in poor condition, dirty, stuffy, full of moisture and mold, with poor sound and heat insulation, very little light. Bed linen is dark in color, indicating that it is not washed at high temperatures, beds, pillows and blankets are old and uncomfortable. Breakfast nothing special, but compared to everything else, the best part of the stay. The check-in staff does not have any knowledge about the procedure and schedule of accommodation that has been booked in advance. The ladies at the reception at check out are very kind and aware of all the mistakes they made. The only staff member who knows what to do in this hotel.

Although we have stayed at this hotel on several occasions, this time we were very disappointed. The hotel has deteriorated over time, although I think some renovations have been made in some rooms. The smell of cigarettes that permeates the entire hotel is disgusting. The carpet is an indescribable mess, and I am not a sensitive person at all, but this aspect cannot be overlooked. On our return, we were accommodated in a room where you couldn't open the windows, because I think they faced the roof of the terrace, where you would find it full of messes (to put it as nicely as possible) made by birds, dust, spiders... The flies that keep you company at breakfast are something indescribable. The food was not fresh at all, I honestly did not know what to choose to offer the children for food. Unfortunately, I can no longer recommend it even for transit.

The room was dirty, old sloppy furniture, electrical cables hanging from the walls not looking safe at all. Lot of noise from the adjoining rooms, we could hear very clearly the tv, their voices or any move they made.
