Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The decoration at Vivaldi is amazing! There was good AC, bed was comfortable and the view was exceptional. Overall a great experience.

GeorgiaThe bathroom in our room (which was on the upper floor just under the roof) was not ventilated enough (and no window there), but that was not a serious problem, because we left the window of the room open (as well as the door of the bathroom) every time we went out and it was OK.
The location is good (not in the centre, but about 10 minutes walk) and the place is nice and quiet. The views of the city are good as well. It's a small three-story building with several rooms and a shared kitchen + dining space with a nice balcony (which is very convenient). The hosts were very nice and quick to respond every time we needed anything and provided us with the necessary information or the things we needed.

GreeceWhen we arrived there was no one there, and we neither had any instructions to how to enter the house, we call the owner and he said he was coming, after 15 minutes a young man named Milos came to open to us. He was very polite and apologized for the waiting, we went upstairs to the room only to find out that the room was not ready (cleaned, made bed) Milos cleaned the room as fast as he could but we already waited for 15 minutes and now 20 more minutes to enter our room after a 6 hour long trip.
It's an amazing decorated house with very nice and cozy atmosphere. The room was big and spacious with a perfect hot tub inside. The personnel was very polite and helpful.

SerbiaMaybe because the room was in the attic, there was no balcony, the lighting in the room was poor, some of the lights (imitation candles on a stand) were broken, they were hanging. Poor lighting in the bathroom, the furniture in the bathroom started to swell due to humidity. There was no French bed, but separate beds. The TV is too small.
The price was right, the view from the window is great.

TurkeyFirst of all, there is no staff when you check-in. They just come to collect money and complete the registration process. This was my second time at the hotel since I enjoyed it the first time but this was definitely the last. The first of many negative situations was that the bathtub in the room was the top feature in the advertisement page (spa, bathtub, etc it was all stated) however it was out of use and that wasn't stated anywhere nor was I offered any discount. The second thing was that there were no "silent hours" I had to deal with drinking, yelling, and partying neighbors all night even though I had a long way to drive the next day. Since no staff existed at the premises, I had to deal with it myself. All that the staff told me was "we told them". last but not least, the bed was broken. nightmare in a nutshell
