Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options may be available (by type of traveller, by score, etc.).

SerbiaThe flat is clean and equipped with everything you need for a short stay. The location is perfect, public transportation station is 100 m from the accommodation, there are buses and trams in all directions, and if you want to walk to the city center is tops 15, 20 minutes by foot.

SerbiaThe boiler was quite small and doesn't hold a lot of hot water, but worst was the fact water was constantly dripping from the water hose for both the boiler and the toilet, so the bathroom floor was constantly wet.
Very close to the city center, clean, and the staff was very friendly, amazing even.

Russia- the boiler’s capacity is barely enough to get a proper hot shower for 2 people in a row - the apartment had a strong cigarette smell after previous guest, and it took us much effort to erase it (the kitchen fan is fake and it was kinda uncomfortable to open the window for more than 10 mins) - very thin pillows - the hair dryer overheating after 3-4 mins of use (needs to wait at least 5 mins to continue using)
- the location is great: close to promenade, Christmas market, mall, and easy access to many bars and restaurants - self check-in with extremely clear instructions - powerful AC (heater) - pretty quiet, even though the window is facing the main road with the train lines

CroatiaWhen we came there was a smell of cigarette smoke in the room and we had to air the whole place for a while before it vented out.
Location was great. Slightly off the busy area of the city but close enough that we could walk everywhere.

PolandThe sofa bed was not clean; some spots at the apartment did not seem clean that much. Limited natural light but nothing that would disqualify staying there next time!
Responsive host: reachable and understanding, making our stay more comfortable (thank you for finding solutions to our inquiries). Great location: walking distance to most of Belgrade areas worth visiting, easy to walk around. The cleaning lady that received us, was very polite, kind, educated and helpful. The area is safe. Everything functioned well in the apartment. Kitchen is fairly well equipped.

SerbiaMicrowave oven would make the place even better.
Great location, not far from downtown and old city. Public transport to any part of the city is within a 5 minute walk. The host was super friendly and very helpful! The room was nice and very quiet, even though there are construction works across the street and tram riding right next to the building. Couldn't hear anything. If you travel by car - you have a chance to find a free parking space inside of the yard. A lot of stores, cafes and bakeries nearby. Highly recommended.

The rental and the location were beautiful. The Old Town was in our walking vicinity. We came to Belgrade for the annual Book Fair but had so much fun exploring the rest of what the city had to offer.

I recently had the pleasure of staying in this charming studio apartment in the heart of Belgrade for a single night and it left an indelible impression on me. This brand new accommodation exceeded all my expectations and I couldn't be more satisfied with the beauty and convenience of this lovely studio. The studio is not only ideally located in the center of Belgrade, making it easy to explore the city's vibrant atmosphere and attractions, but it is also perfectly designed and maintained. From the moment I entered, I was fascinated by the modern and stylish interior that created a warm and welcoming ambiance. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The kitchen was fully equipped, with all the necessary amenities. The modern bathroom was spotless and featured a fantastic shower. One of the highlights of this apartment is the cleanliness and orderliness that was maintained throughout. Furthermore, the communication with the host was seamless and he was highly responsive to any questions or requests I had during my stay. His professionalism and hospitality added to the enjoyment of my time here. The remarkable thing about this studio was that it offered such a high level of quality and comfort at a very reasonable price. Overall, my one-night stay in this studio was truly exceptional. It's an ideal choice for anyone looking for a luxurious, super-maintained and beautifully decorated accommodation in the heart of Belgrade. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the city and I'm already looking forward to my next stay here. Huge thanks to the host for providing such a memorable and comfortable stay.

Czech RepublicThere was a smell sometimes from bathroom, the floor wasn’t really clean and because of the construction going outside it was a little bit noisy at night.
The host was kind and helpful. The cleaning lady is helpful as well. The apartment is new, it has everything needed. The bed sheets and dishes were clean. The fridge is quiet big and the air conditioner is perfect for sleeping. There is everything for comfortable stay. The blinds can help to sleep even at light.

North MacedoniaThe smell of old rotten wood in the bathroom which is a result of the age of the building that houses the renovated modern apartments. I guess they weren't allowed to make changes to the facade because it is a building that, according to its historical value, is protected by law, so the modern PVC window is behind the original old wooden windows, the smell of which cannot be avoided. But in this way you have direct contact with the history of that building and the time of its existence in time.
It is a small, modern apartment, nicely designed, clean, equipped with a small but functional kitchen. It is located in a great location. Pleasant and kind hosts

Russia*No coffee, tea or water in the room, so carry your own *No iron in the room
*Clean studio apartment *Wifi was good! *Bathroom had toiletries *Kitchen utensils were also available *Bed, Air conditioner, kettle, fridge, TV, cupboard with hangers, table & chairs, and other necessities were all in good condition *Room sound proofing is great! *Location is great- 10 minutes walk to the bus station, also 10 minutes walk to the waterfront shopping mall! Belgrade on waterfront is the new most happening area. The apartment is on Savska street which is behind the Belgrade on waterfront area, so it has the older buildings and small shops and cafes around. Although this is a great area, the downside is that massive construction work is ongoing around the building. You just see it and feel it in the air, when you go out of the apartment, though you never hear it inside, thanks to good soundproofing. *Apartments are on ground floor, though some don't like it, I consider it a good thing as you don't need to climb up stairs and carry your luggage. The room is a small studio, ideal for 1 occupant if you're traveling for work, also okay for 2 occupants, but not to also accommodate kids in the same room if you're traveling as a family of 3-4. *Convenient to find the apartment, and you can get in the key in the box with a code, also leave the key in the same box when you check out. Useful Tips: --Taxi from airport costs 3000 dinars, which is about 27 Euros. You can get a slip at the airport with the fixed price. Taxi drivers accept Euros, though won't have change in Euros, so they'll take 30. --Buy water, coffee and some snacks for your stay. There are a few small stores around the apartment. --Whereas the apartments in Belgrade on waterfront which is 5-10 minutes walk away are swanky and nice, they do cost about 20-30 Euros more per night, so if you're not planning on spending much time in your room anyway, I think this apartment on Savska 13 is a smarter option!
