The location and the room were both above average

Excellent experience with this hotel! It looks crispy fresh and clean. The stuff is very friendly and helpful. Nice yard is located at the back of the hotel. Location is great, market is across the road, 30 min walk to the historical center of the city. Everything went alright, we are glad to have stayed here.

The was a minor flaw with pipes (small leakage), not a big deal.

The entrance that leads to the property seems weird and unsafe but in reality all was very secure and nice

Good area, nice rooms. In the middle between Knez Mihailova and Saint Sava church. 24/7 market a few minutes away.

The hall is impressive, exactly like in the photos. Staff was super nice and welcoming. Breakfast was great with some elements of national food. For 3 people we had 2 connected rooms, very spacious, definitely more than average.

The bathroom was less modern, but overall it didn’t impact our positive impression.

Every member of the team went out of their way to make me feel welcome and comfortable – always smiling, helpful, and attentive to every detail. Their warm hospitality made a huge difference and created a genuinely pleasant atmosphere throughout my stay.Brekfast was very nice!!

Good location, delicious breakfast, comfy bed, efficient AC and beautiful interior!

White concept, breakfast and room’s comfort was so good. The staff were kind.

The location is perfect, within walking distance to touristic city center, there are also bus / trolley stops near the hotel, but meanwhile It was very quiet place, no noise heard from the road. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We arrived much earlier than the check-in time, but they were able to accommodate us, the room was ready for us within an hour, and we are very grateful for this.

The breakfast buffet could be a little more varied, but it's not a big issue

Beautiful old world charm with fantastic staff

Breakfast was quite nice and a bonus for having a 4-hour availability window (7-11 AM). Room was spacious and comfortable. Beautiful old fixtures in the room reminding us of the former grandeur the hotel must have enjoyed.

The hotel was set back from the street and one needs to walk through a concrete passageway to reach the front door of the hotel. The walk through this passageway was rather unpleasant as it smelled strongly of dog urine. Of course it was summer and there hadn't been any rain for awhile. Still, if someone could hose down the area, it could be more pleasant. Also the hotel is quite old (and very beautiful with marble floor and crystal chandeliers in the lobby). But it also means that electrical outlets are in short supply.

We loved a location, friendly staff and great breakfast included. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, we loved separate shower and toilet. The location is amazing.

We hoped we will find a kettle and tea and coffee selection to make in the room. That was not something we didn't like, just hoped we will have in the room. The neighbouring child was pretty loud during the night but it isn't about hotel and nothing they can do about it.
