Parking was a bit of a challenge but after all there is always a place to leave your car at. Nothing else I did not like:) Maybe a mosquito net would be nice on the windows.

Amazing location, very friendly owner, safe and quiet while close to shops, restaurants, Danube. The closeby Bosiljak Pizza Napoletana is a must if you like Italian pizza. I do recommend this place!

Our stay at Hostel Ruler was super cozy! Alexander was great and always available, and even upgraded our room! The location is so calm and quiet and has sweet cats nearby! The river and big park is just a few minutes walk from the hostel and it's wonderful. Would stay again! Thank you very much!🩷

The bathroom was quite small. The heating is provided only by the air conditioner. The room was warm as long as the AC was on, but the hallway and kitchen were quite chilly in February. The sound insulation is almost non-existent, you can hear everything going on in the hallway. All these drawbacks are consequences of this being a historical building, so if you enjoy the ambience, that's the price to pay.

A nice location in Zemun, near the district with historical buildings, and not far from the bus stop. There are a couple of small grocery shops and many cafes and restaurants nearby. The room was well decorated and had everything necessary. There is a shared kitchen available where you can get tea or coffee or even cook something. The host was extremely helpful and friendly.

nothing that really bothered me. during the stay of 3 days. especially after i got used to radical changes in Belgrade local and international transport, brrr...

A comfortable, clean, calm, relaxed accommodation in the old upper centre of Zemun, 5 min away from the local bus station. It has all the necessary amenities, top wifi, the bed is great, no street noise with the windown looking at the garden. Aircon gives enough warmth in cold months. Not overpretentious so you start feeling very relaxed in it very soon. The place is very calm for a hostel and Alexander is a good host. A shared kitchen. All that at a budget price for Belgrade and Zemun. There are a few eating locations nearby, especially Stara pivnica with excellent Serbian food, and shops and markets inside 5 minutes walking circle. Be back soon.

Excellent hostel with private rooms available. Very clean and hosts are friendly and helpful. Exactly as described in the description! wifi works ac works. Very close to public transit and main area of Zemun. Small shop just outside at the corner. bed is comfortable and washroom works perfectly! Highly recommended!

Amazing location - Zemun is the best district of Belgrade. The hotel is perfectly clean, cozy, everything smells with just made cleaning and washing! The landlord is an awesome person! This place is safe, nice and quiet!

If you ever think to go to Belgrade, this is the property or Apartment I would suggest everyone! The owner is really nice and everything that you need you can talk to him! The bed is very comfortable and you have really much space for one person! When I come next year, this is the apartment I choose!

There was a pretty strong smell of smoke in our room. I didn't really pay attention when booking whether it was a 'smoking allowed' kind of room, but still, the smell was overwhelming.

The accommodation is in a relatively central location (short walk to the main street and Gardosh tower), but it's in a pretty quiet neighborhood. There's street parking all around the property - as long as you can find a spot. The host was really kind and helpful. There's everything you might need in the room, plus a kitchenette.
