Apartment need small fixes like broken towel rail, broken shower head, cooker was not working we used provided mobile stove. Curtains was not working well.

Great area around, underground parking and helpful concierge in the building. Perfect bakery with coffee on the first floor. Very easy to get anywhere in Belgrade from here.

TV box didn't work properly, we used the smart TVs YouTube instead

Accommodation was very clean, everything was comfortable. The location was great, view was okay, the kitchen and bathroom had everything that was needed.

The sheets and bad covers were worn off, even dirty. Place was not cleaned for a while and there was dust on all surfaces. Very basic decoration and equipment. Maintenance should be drastically improved.

Location, convenient parking in the building, nice apartment.

Apartment was good but meeting with the owner was look like passport control. He had a biased attitude with people from Kazakhstan. I see that for the first time in my life. And no microwave oven

Of course, the location is awesome! A new building with a fresh renovation. All the facilities were good and enough. The host is also a kind person. So everything was good! Totally recommend.

The fact that we didn’t know we had to heat the water; also access was a little complicated but we eventually found our way around.

Loved the location near the waterfront. The apartment was spacious and well equipped except maybe the kitchen.

Everything was perfect, from the welcome of the owners to the confort of the appartment, particularly well equipped (free private parking spot, good WiFi, modern fridge, washing machine, iron,...).

I didn’t realise in Serbia 2 bedroom apartments means 1 bedroom and 1 living room, I thought i was booking 2 separate bedrooms for me and my friend.

The host was on holiday and someone else welcomed us. He was very confused, he was unsure which apartment was ours and made us walk several times from one apartment to another. The main problem however was that we were a group of 4 and we chose this apartment because in the description it says 2 bedrooms. This was not true. This one has one bedroom and one living room. When we told him this he said that he does not know because he is not the owner. Even though the owner had another apartment available which had 2 bedrooms, he said he will give us that one but wanted us to pay much more for that one.

It was clean and the rooms were nicely decorated, just like in the photos.

We had a late check-in as we were traveling to a few different places that day. We checked in around 8, exhausted and in need of a cup of coffee. After grabbing groceries from the very nearby store (Maxi), we discovered that the oven was working, but the stove was not. We did use the oven to bake a frozen pizza but could not use the stove top to make turkish coffee as the thing would not turn on. At that point, we decided to use the provided Nespresso machine. Turns out it also did not want to turn on. My daughter drinks tea during the night, but I couldn't make that either as the electric kettle provided was so covered with limescale that I dared not use it or have my kid drink water boiled in it. We called the number listed on Booking.com, and the lady informed us to call her husband as she did not know what to do to make either things work. So, we called the number of the man who greeted us and collected the payment, thinking this was the owner, but he told us to call yet another number as he does not know what to do. Finally, we ended up talking to the owner, who had us check the fusebox. Since the fusebox did not show that any breakers were tripped, he had us send him photos of the stove. He concluded that there was nothing he could do as he was not an electrician. Up to this point, we were annoyed but not upset. Now, I completely understand that things happen and that technology can malfunction even after being checked that day. But to just tell us there's nothing he can do without even offering to bring coffee (or send someone to bring it), ask the building reception to arrange for coffee, to bring a hot plate, replace the Nespresso machine or, if all else is impossible, offer a discount (however small; either for current or future stay) for the annoyance and to show that he appreciates us as his paying guests is something I do NOT understand.

The location is great if you want to explore the new complex at the waterfront. Walkable to the promenade and the mall.
