Gentleman in reception was very friendly and helpful, trying everything he could to get us a taxi to train station, he was always there with a smile on his face.

We had two basement rooms -the airconditioning in one of the rooms was portable (family room) and was not cooling down the room - inside was warmer than outside (mind you it was 39 C degrees outside).

Reception exists but staff not really despite the fact that it says 24h reception. I was checked in by cleaning lady who does not speak English. Shower was leaking, and it's doors were not working properly. There is only one small window and the room is very small itself. They are also not answering on Booking messenger.

Location next to the main bus station, quite comfortable bed, lot's of tv channels if needed, allowing to check in earlier.

The room was quite dark as were the stairs leading to the room, and the jacuzzi bath didn't work( it had specifically been a feature that affected our booking choice)..During a 5 day stay no clean towels(very old and tatty towels provided) no extra toilet paper or cleaning of the room. It had a smallish window and is situation on an extremely busy junction with traffic buzzing all night long. Although the staff were apologetic about issues that doesn't actually help . We found a cockroach in th wardrobe..:(

The location was quite close to the water front. Good sized room and theoretically looked like the picture shown in booking com Public transport nearby The young man at reception was polite and helpful. We were shown an area to park closeby which was free of charge .

The basement hallway, where the rooms are located, smelled of mold. The room had another, unpleasant, smell. The AC was very loud (but got the job done in the humid heat!). The noise from the busy street started creeping in during the morning (we had an early morning, so this wasn't a problem, just a note for other travellers).

Extremely friendly, welcoming and helpful staff. I don't think I have ever been helped as much as I did! Our booked room didn't have AC but we were given another room free of charge. We got help with calling taxis, keeping breakfast cold, recommendations, help with local transit... You name it! The beds were comfortable.

Staff is disorganized. First they said we had breakfast included, then said we had to pay after we’d had it - and asked us to pay in advance for the next breakfast, but when we got to the restaurant they were supposed to have a partnership with, they refused to serve us and said we had to solve it with the hotel. Bonus: the property doesn’t have parking lots, as claimed on their page. They illegally use a hospital’s parking lot and our car ended up blocked, we lost three hours trying to solve it and learned from a doctor who helped us that they’ve been having problems with the hotel like that for a long time.

- the original excellent design is tarnished by poor implementaiton and maintainance: some of the wallpapers were starting to unstick, the decoration above the bed was cut open, the water drain in the bathroom was clogged - they say they provide parking, but actually you have to find a paid parking spot on the street, which could be a challenge - the parking spot I found was not very close - maximum temp of the sauna is only 66 degrees Centigrade - the jakuzzi was initially missing the stopper, so it could not be filled, we had to ask for the stopper explicitly - unreliable instantaneous water heater The water heater is not powerful enough (actually it is, but needs 400 V , but I guess it's connected to 220 V) and fills in the jakuzzi rather slowly (1 h +), but that's only if you notice that it blows the fuse every 10 mins or so - unfortunately we noticed this too late and the water in the jakuzzi was already cold. There was no way whatsoever to pull the stopper out because the mechanism was faulty and it could not be pulled out by hand or anythng else. So we could not drain the cold water and refill with hot water. So we decided to overfill it, so that the water can be drained from the overflow drain. Here comes the most interesting part - the overflow drain is actually not connected to the jakuzzi syphon - so a good deal of water went on the floor and flooded the room.

Horrible. Very dirty. Meet left in the minibar, shower broken , dirty you cant even wash yourself without getting a disease. Plugs dont work, dust everywhere. Lot of tasks in the sheets, heating on cant put it off. Lot of noise, no one at the chechin hours. The worst experience of my life. Cant even close the door and only one towel for 2 people room. I was about to throw up.

It was extremely dirty. Тhe sheets were worn out and there were traces of blood... There were scratches on the walls. On the floor, hair and dirt, it was obvious that the floor had not been cleaned from previous guests. If you have the opportunity, choose another hotel

I have booked the room with hot tub spa. But the tun was not working. And it was leaking as well. When asked there was no much help form them. The receptionist confirmed as well about the damage but couldn’t help since no room available.
