Ok the beds were a bit low and the bathroom was downstairs making it a little awkward for us oldies. But I'm still scoring it 10, everything else was so good (if you like animals).

A fantastic stay, great people and the animals were just wonderful to see.

Everything was great. Cleanliness and order in the house. Everything is provided for the guests. Warm and cozy. Beautiful authentic places and the beauty of the mountains. An interesting farm with many animals. Hospitable hosts and farm workers. At the same time, you can buy local goods such as honey (very tasty), herbal tea, knitted items. Next year we will definitely stay in the house again.

🏡 The house was exceptionally clean and spacious, thoughtfully built with materials that perfectly complement the farm's rustic charm. Everything else was simply wonderful. For those who love animals and enjoy authentic homemade products like rakija, honey, milk, and more—this place is an absolute must-visit.

Nothing at all!

This place is just a pure harmony between nature, animals and humans! Host (Sergej) and team / friends around him are amazing people, with pure hearts! They did everything for us to make us feel like at home. Our kids loved playing with the animals, cats, dogs, goats, chickens, and amazing donkeys! .. truly felt like one harmony, big group of friends. House is super comfy, completely new, with amazing views, kitchen, bathroom, area to sit and chill after long day of walks and visits to many hidden jams in Stara Planina or monasteries around Jerma river. Our kids loved it, they've learnt a lot from Sergej, Dinja and Bogdan about the nature, animals .. life in general. Their concept of natural life at the farm and how living with nature, sharing with neighbors, friends and guests is just outstanding!

A wonderful farm with lovely animals and beautiful views. The owner is very kind, helpful and he clearly loves animals. We spent one day and one night on the farm and it was an amazing experience! We saw alpacas, llamas, sheep, goats, horses, chickens and donkeys. The donkeys are milked on the farm so of course we got to try some healthy donkey milk. We played with kittens and a puppy, admired the night sky filled with billions of stars and slept peacefully despite the many animals around. I was even given the chance to try weaving a carpet from sheep’s wool! It was an unforgettable day and we’ll be happy to come back again! 🐾🫏♥️

Hidden Gem. Place is magical, with a stunning wiev. House is for 8 persons, fully equipped with everything that you need for a pleasant stay. Donkeys, sheeps, goats, lamas, buffalos, horses,dogs, cats...will be your companions during your stay. Staff will show you, and explain everything about them. It is magical. Fully recommendation.

We were unlucky with the weather and we could not explore more the surroundings. We will come back ;)

The place is a paradise for relax. The owner is very responsive and tried to help us with all the requests. There are many animals around :4/5 big dogs but very friendly, cats moving around, of course donkeys, goats and lamas. They even brought us some fresh eggs and donkey milk. The place was warm and it is good for groups as there are 8 beds in a bedroom.

Not a negative, rather for information. It was not as quiet as we thought. Donkeys and other animals are close to the house and can be heard during all night so light slippers may consider using earplugs.

We stayed at Magarija 1 on our way to Croatia. Although very short, we enjoyed a lot our stay. The location was perfect for our needs. The house is nice, very spacious and clean, the view is beautiful. Lovely animals. Good heating system, in the bathroom as well. Comfortable beds. There was a safe parking space so we left our luggage in the car. Good Wi-Fi connection. Good communication with the host. Perfect price-quality ratio.

Amazing place! Location is beautiful, hosts are lovely and kind and animals at the farm are THE BEST! We enjoyed every second of our stay, and recharged our batteries fully. Comfy, warm and super clean. Couldnt have asked for more.

Nothing; you do need to realize you are at a farm and that comes with the typical and obvious farm things (dust, flies with animals, etc).

Off the beaten track, super friendly personnel that to a lot of time explaining how their farm works, beautiful cabin-like house with marvelous view over the surroundings and many (farm) animals. Great when you love nature and animals. Our daughter loved it! They also gave us good advice where to go in the surroundings and where to eat (which was also very nice).

Everything, the location was awesome. The hosts were the nicest people I've ever met. They did so much for us and helped us with everything. They made us all feel like home within seconds!
