The garden could be a bit cleaner and more nicely arranged. The bathroom/toilets is small.

Good location in center of Irig, lots of choices for surrounding food. Private parking in the atrium. The owner is extremely friendly.

No numbers on the front door :-). It was very difficult to find the place. (But the door actually looks very inviting.) Had to ask neighbors.

The breakfast was a typical Serbian breakfast. It came with peppers. Also tomatoes, cheese and bread. Also black tea and coffee. Space for the car inside the property. Very friendly host.

We were here at New Year, and it was a great location for big company. The owner was very friendly and share to us a big underground banquet hall for our party with all furniture. The hall was a liitle bit cold with one heater and the moveable heate doesn't work, but this is an underground hall so we think it is ok. Anyway we think it was greath and exceed our expectation for a New Year. So we were happy. The rooms were clean, big, warm and well. The propery has a big parking and located on the main square of the city. Near the property has a few grocery shops and a kids playground.

Everything was great! This place definitely exceeded our expectations! The room was spacious, clean, and the beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was great! The host is lovely, always there to help and a real superwoman :) We enjoyed staying there and we will definitely come again.

Firsf of all, the comunication was horrible, I wrote in English and got the answer in Serbian. We couldn't find the house, the main picture is from the garden. The rooms weren't clean enough. We had two seperate rooms - when we switched the light on in one of them, there was a quickly moving insect - cockroach? I killed it and asked the lady about it. She clearly saw it, but decided to quickly take it away and tell us, that it was a spider, but it definitely was not! We were woried to bring our luggages in, so we left everithing in our car. Our toilet wasn't cleaned at all, the rubish bin was full. In the other room we couldn't open the window, becouse of broken hinges. There were lots of spiderwebs, but it hasn't disturbed us as much. The second worst thing was, that while eating our breakfast we noticed the butter had black spots on it and we realized that it expired almost a year ago!!! The lady told us it was because she had to buy big package and she couldn't see it!

We came late in the evening and the lady waited for us. The room wouldn't be so bad, if.....

It was not so clean. The bathroom gets flooded with water after shower. At the first morning the breakfast was not good. Language is a problem, the stuff did not speak English, as showing at the booking advertisement.

The value was good. We stayed 2 nights and on the second morning the breakfast was good. She provided a hairdryer for us. Dogs allowed
