Suggestions: would be great to have salt in the salt shaker :D Inside lights are not super cozy - could be great with warm floor lamps instead of upper/ceiling lights. Also would be great to be sure of the water cleanness in the pool, because there was some sand and some stains on water.

We travelled here second time and shato became even better with more facilities and food delivery offers. Hosts are very communicatinve and helpful. It is always fun to chill and walk around the area.

I really enjoyed my stay in this beautiful natural setting. The pool was warm and clean, and the check-in process went smoothly. It’s a great place to relax and enjoy the outdoors. You can order food from the restaurant, which is convenient. However, the bed was quite hard, and the pillows weren’t very comfortable—this could definitely be improved. The internet connection was also not very stable, but aside from that, everything was great. Overall, it’s a lovely place for nature lovers, and with a few small improvements, it would be perfect!

- There was no communication with the host. Before we found the message in Booking, we couldn't figure out how to find the house. We tried to call the owners, wrote to them everywhere, but they did not answer and there was no one on the territory. - After we found the instructions, we checked in. As we were promised (I clarified this point before), the house had restaurant menus from which you could order food. We called to place an order and no one answered the phone. We spent almost 4 hours trying to get through to the 2 restaurants and the host. Nobody answered the phone. After 4 hours we were already terribly hungry, so we gave up, found another restaurant on the map and ordered food from there. Soon after this, the host finally responded and even went to buy us drinks that we were unable to order. - There was some terrible solution in the pool, we didn’t even understand what, but we were afraid to swim in it. We noticed this after half an hour in this jacuzzi pool: all my silver jewellery turned completely black, and the boyfriend's bright blue swimming trunks turned white(!). As a result, I was afraid of getting poisoned by this and we were upset about the spoiled things. Before this, we often wore the same things to pools, but nothing like this had ever happened. After the weekend, we didn't get poisoned, but our hair and skin felt dried until we showered over 5 times. - The welcome drink was a half-empty bottle of wine (or this bottle was simply forgotten in the refrigerator and a new welcome drink was not put in). When the owner finally answered us, he said that it was a mistake and brought us a new bottle, but we hoped to drink it upon arrival, and not at 9 p.m. From the little things: - near the house, there are very bright lights on the path, which at night are reflected in the glass of the transparent roof so that it is very difficult to admire the sky - the curtains inside partially fell off, and it was inconvenient to move them aside

Great location, there is parking. We arrived on bicycles and parked them in the house without any problems. The house itself is also excellent; loud music was playing in the neighbouring houses, but due to the location of the houses in our house and on the veranda, it was almost inaudible. The house is almost completely thought out and very pleasant to be in. Everything you needed (towels, shampoos, dishes, etc.) was there. But there were also huge disadvantages that killed all the pleasant impressions.
