Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The apartment felt brand new. It was very clean and very comfortable. It's right next to the center but it's very quiet.It had private parking and even charger, so we could plug our car for the night. The host was just awesome. Very friendly and very responsive . We couldn't ask for more.

Apartments were great, facilities clean, and there was even bottled water and tea and coffee in rooms so we could enjoy after a long drive. Host was very informative about local dining suggesstions.

Just nitpicking: 1. The shower-head holder in the bathroom needs to be re-installed. 2. The hosts recommended several restaurants and we chose to go to Sojana. I didn't like my dimlena vesalica there.
Two people came to meet us and make sure we have everything we need - this is in total contrast with my experience in neighbouring countries. The flat looks brand new. Everything is sparkling clean. Beds are comfortable. The place is better than it looks in the pictures. There is an actual private parking, unlike other listings here where the host tells you to "just park on the street and pay whatever the city charges". If I ever visit Sremska Mitrovica again, I will certainly call to see if it is available.

I liked everything
Exceptional service and guest care. City center location close to all activities. The apartments have been equipped with a guest in mind. Certainly, one of those where I will be coming back to.

I came to Sremska Mitrovica with my partner and our friend to attend a wedding. We stayed at the Morpheus apartments for 2 nights and it was wonderful. The apartment was very spacious, perfectly clean, and the owner and his daughter were very friendly and helpful. If I ever come back to Sremska Mitrovica, I'm definitely staying here again :) 10/10

There is nothing bad to say. Everything was wonderful!
The apartment is beautiful, stylish, pristine, spacious, and extremely comfortable. Everything appears to be new. The air conditioning worked very well and kept us cool on an extremely hot day and night. Private parking is available behind the building and ample public parking is just beyond the next building.

Location in the center, private parking, easy check-in, -out and communication, clean and spatial apartmens. We booked two apartments for five persons. Bigger apartment was upgraded to more big for free, so we have more space to enjoy. Every room have TV. Kitchen are full of useful facilities. Beds are comfortable. Everything is new and clean. Apartments are on short walking dictance from all city atractions, near to the city park (where Wine park was) and pedestrian zone where you can buy nice icecreams :-). Staff was very kind and gentle.

Our second stay here and again another wonderful experience. Super clean, comfortable beds and pillows, centrally located but very quiet. Extremely kind and helpful host who went out of his way to make sure we were looked after. We will defintely be back on our next visit to the area. Thankyou for everything.

Nothing everything was superb
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. New and super clean apartments. It was spotless. The beds were very comfortable and the apartment is very quiet. Excellent communication with the host who was willing and available to help in any way. The private parking with an electronic gate was also a great bonus. Highly recommended.
