Our stay at the tiny house was a delightful experience, thanks largely to our host, Mimi, whose hospitality made us feel right at home. The location is excellent—nestled in a convenient spot where shops, amenities, and a gas station are just a stone's throw away, making it the perfect base for exploring Tara Mountain. We enjoyed the comfort of the beds and pillows, which were just what we needed after a day of adventure. For future guests, it's good to note that the floor can be chilly, so bringing a pair of slippers would be a wise choice for extra comfort. While the cook oven inside is good only for quick meals, take advantage of the grill outside for more elaborate dining. Thank you, Mimi, for a memorable stay—I can't wait to return!

Milorad has been great host. He called me two days before arrival to explain all details and he was waiting for us at the place. He shared all necessary information about property, places in neighborhood (shop, bakery, restaurants). Place is small house with beautiful garden full of flowers. All pictures published on Booking.com match the equipment we found in the property. Beds are comfortable. All necessary kitchen appliance are available. If you need small cozy place close to the city center, NIKOLIJA 1 is right choice for you. All recommendations for host and property.

Very cozy accommodation! Great view, lovely terrace, thoughtful interior and wonderful garden, that we fell in love with! Sleeping on crisp clean bedding and down pillows was excellent! Amazing host, who was very attentive and kind! We will definitely return to this place!

Everything was fine

Our weekend in this house was really amazing! Highly recommended! The house is situated in comfortable location in a quiet street in 5 minutes from city center and in 10 minutes from bus and taxi station. It was ideal place to stay for weekend and discover Tara park. Also the house looks very stylish and cozy and very well equipped (all the stuff for pleasant being was there). And my husband and I are grateful to the host of house Milorad for all the help and hospitality during our stay☺️. He kindly met us at the bus station when we arrived and also helped us to go to bus station while leaving.

If you were lucky to find available dates for this house, don't hesitate and book it immediately! It's a new lovely decorated house, with all possible amenities and also with a beautiful garden. You will have a free parking spot and only 3 min walk to the central square. The hosts are very welcoming and nice people. We will definitely come back!

Everything was amazing, the cleaness of apartmant, politness of owners, closness to the center of the town… We stayed here for 3 nights with two cats, and they enjoyed every second of our stay. For us, the most important thing is to have a goodnight sleep, and the beds were comfortable. Also, in the backyard there is a grill. You can have a barbeque with the view of the mountain. Owners were available everytime we called. We asked for some recomendations, and they were happy to help. We highly recomend to visit one of their houses, we plan to come back in spring.
