We had settled the bill for the swimming pool separately during our stay, but on the last day we were asked to pay an additional amount for the same service. Unfortunately, we did not receive a clear explanation for this. The pool staff confirmed that the bill had already been paid, yet we were still charged again for the pool at reception upon our departure.

The room was nice, clean and comfortable. I really liked the spa center and the swimming pool.

In my humble opinion just the finishing in the rooms Some parts are made in a terrible way but that is my pov And yes after showering the water is going to be all over the bathroom

The time we were there the hotel was still on the finishing phase as they opened recently Anyway the staff is very friendly and helpful Waiters are still learning but trying hard Evening meal was tasty but not as precise as described Breakfast epic, huge choice Room spacious with a nice view Spa is close to the hotel - didnt use cant tell In fact as the opinion of others it is better to use the carpark at the back as in the front there is not only the main road but if you don't drive suv you might get stressed not to damage your car as the curb is high To get to the city center there is only 1 bus every hour Better to go with taxi or car for walking too far But it is a nice pathway along the river with nice views I have seen they are building another bridge so it might be faster to get on the other side

The Spa area is unusable. The indoor swimming pool and jacuzzi are to small and always occupied. Water was cold, even though it should be hot.

Breakfast is good, the food choice is great. Rooms are new and large enough, beds are comfortable.

Located in the countryside, and car or taxi needed to visit Novi Sad. Shower could have some glass wall or curtain, otherwise water was all around.

My second time in this hotel. Really nice, cosy and peaceful spa free of charge for the guests of hotel with helpful personnel. Very rich in choice breakfast. Restaurant offers good menu during the whole day. Clean rooms with good lights. Parking in the yard. Nice place if you want to have peaceful time, relax and enjoy silence

My room was facing the street, so it got a bit noisy at times, and I could also hear sounds coming from the corridor. Part of the hotel is undergoing renovations — although there were no construction noises, some areas were closed off to guests, with construction workers frequently moving around. The hotel has two accessible rooftops that offer a nice view of Novi Sad and beautiful sunsets, but unfortunately, they seemed neglected, with empty beer cans and water bottles left lying around.

The staff — especially Ivana at the reception and Milan, the physiotherapist (who, by the way, gave me a wonderful relaxing massage) — were outstanding. The spa facilities were excellent: an indoor pool, jacuzzi, two saunas, a steam room, a salt room, and a tepidarium, along with two outdoor pools. Breakfast included freshly squeezed orange juice and offered a good variety. Once again, shoutout to the high level of professionalism clearly maintained by all the staff.

1) A paid minibar with only 200 ml of water for an additional fee. The staff warned that the water was drinkable from the tap, but it would be great to have at least 0.5 liters of water freely available for visitors. 2) there were a lot of pillows. But they are very densely packed and tall. It would be great to have a different size.

Amazing fresh clean room. Everything is new. Incredibly helpful staff who told me everything, showed me everything. Special attention to detail. A very tasty breakfast. And a stunning spa with two saunas, a hammam, a salt room, a swimming pool, a Jacuzzi and heated deck chairs. The spa is included in the price. We will definitely come back again, because the level of service exceeds expectations.
