The only issue we faced was the loud music in the neighboring hotel area.

The location is beautiful, and the house is really nice and extremely clean. Inside, there is all you need.

1) I didn't pay enough attention to it, but in reality, it affected our comfort significantly. The houses have huge windows everywhere possible, and there's not even a light curtain, not to mention blackouts. So, one bedroom is on the first floor, and it in fact has a window instead of one of the walls. The bedroom is not big, so that means you have the sun shining right into your eyes until it is above the roof. You can't hide from the sunshine, and the room gets really hot. Then there's an aspect of privacy - you can't even change on the first floor, except for the bathroom. Even though the houses face the river, so there's no way someone sees you from another house's window. Still people are walking outside, and even if you are alone - not everyone is ready to change or even sleep in their underwear behind an open window-wall. 2) Another thing is the bedroom on the second floor. It is a beautiful, fully functional bedroom, no questions. But it is still made as a balcony. So there's a ladder (secure one for the kids - kudos here!) leading there and there's just a glass fencing on the side of the common room. So there are no doors there, no way to isolate yourself from noise from the first floor and the other way back. Also, there's enormous audibility in the house, and when someone wakes up to pee on the second floor and walks down, then in the first bedroom, it sounds like someone is pounding at your door ))) So if you are traveling with kids, having some place quiet from or for them could be a challenge. 3) The road from Belgrade. We took both options - we went there through Valjevo and returned through Sabac. Even though the mountain part of the road is stunning, it was too hard for us. The road is good enough, though, most of the time, but 170-190 km through the mountains is not the same as through the flatland. It should also be taken into consideration while planning a journey.

The houses are really beautiful, very new, clean, equipped above expectations - new dishes, charcoal for the grill, hair fan etc. The design is really fancy, the beds are comfortable, and there's a nice scent of wood. The location is also perfect - right on the river bank, with a nice green lawn, beach bed, hammock, and grill. We were also surprised that it was warm in the house even though there were no signs of heating. We used a fireplace, it is also great. But there are also quite major downsides for us that made a stay uncomfortable for us specifically. Those drawbacks, mentioned below, may be minor if you are traveling as a couple or two couples without kids or just a group of friends and you don't have any sensory issues or needs and living without curtains at all and with no option to hide from a noise is not a problem for you.

All about the property is great.

We got house just in front and with the view on river so we liked mornings with this stunning view. Also the cleanliness is on a high level. Small touch like painting boards and hammock above the river are just priceless.

Literally only a few steps away from the river, the water view from our windows was unparalleled. With the fireplace burning as we cozied up under the blankets with 2 glasses of wine, we enjoyed a super romantic ambiance! The villa was top-notch and the host was readily available at all times. Recommend 10 out of 10!

Amazing! We've been visiting Ljubovija for the past 3 years and this is by far the best accommodation in the region - the house was brand new, with quality furniture, and the kitchen was fully equipped for cooking. Thank you, Ana, for being such a welcoming host. We'll definitely be coming back next year!

While sound insulation in relation to the outside is good, the insulation between the rooms is not so great. The second bedroom is on the gallery, above the first one and you can hear people walking. Big minus for us was the fact that there are no curtains, and the windows are so big so the sun woke us up every morning. Beside the sun, i think for the ground floor especially for privacy reasons, there should be a curtain in the bedroom, since you are able to see inside the houses from the yard.

Host Anna is very kind, and helpful. We had few questions for her during our stay and she was very responsive. She greeted us with rakija :). The houses are very attractive and interior is beautiful. The house has enormous windows on the front, so you can have great view all the time. We were there with friends during the holidays and we used the grill and the kitchen religiously. 10+ on that part - very well equipped! There is big parking, a pool which we unfortunately didn’t use since it wasn’t that warm, and a common area near the river with 3 big tables to enjoy your stay in the nature.
